Great service right as we walked in the door Ian made a great impression and welcomed us, quickly got us our room and explained every thing about the amenities thoroughly. Hot showers, clean beds and water station with ice on first floor. Gym and Pool both look brand new. 5 S T A R !

I was very pleased with this hotel. My brother and I came to the GYC Convention which was walking distance from our hotel. The staff are awesome and would love to book my stay there again. They provide a great breakfast and I was able to pack up some Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and were able to give my ziplock bags. I also like how their security is too, with needing a card for enter in and out. I had a good experience with them. Thank you!

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was happy to have a handicapped room. The walk-in shower was very nice and the bathroom and shower floor wasn't slippery at all. The bed was comfortable but the pillows created neck pain that never went away. I was disappointed that I had to use my subscriptions for movie channels. There's only one chair in the room, though the room was roomy enough to accommodate a regular chair. All they have is a chair on castor wheels for the desk. We were surprised that there's no microwave in the room, nor coffee maker but there is a mini fridge. I highly recommend anyone getting a room here to bring a nightlight as the room is dark and the bathroom light is very bright. The breakfast is tolerable once but not twice. The scrambled eggs might have started as a powder because they had very little flavor. The coffee is good. The room has no art anywhere. Surely for the high investment to stay here, some of these missing things shouldn't break the bank. I appreciated the security of using your room key to use the elevator and enter the parking lot after checking in. I guess I expected more from a hotel associated with the name, Hilton.

The hotel has a good location, central to the Universal Parks with SeaWorld being a stone throws away. Extra brownie points for service, they reached out to me to check how the stay was going and when I told them of the low water pressure, they dispatched staff to get it rectified right away. Hot Breakfast is a plus although it is similar to any other hotel offering the same feature. The rooms are clean and well maintained, however the water stinks of chlorine and the air conditioning has a strange smell too. The Choice of soap dispensers in the bathrooms, cubes that you have to squeeze is kinda strange and cumbersome to use. Hence docked a few points for the room. Finally the lack of a wet area or sink outside the lone bathroom makes it very hard for the next person to do any kind d of grooming while either the shower, bathroom or sink is occupied. This is a quick amenity that is quickly becoming a must have in my mind. Would we stay here next time - likely if the price is more competitive than a hotel with an external sink.

I guess the word I would use to describe this hotel is "MEH." The location is right at the intersection of interstate 4 and the 528 quite close to the convention center, and about 2 miles from SeaWorld . The soundproofing was good and you could not hear highway noise in your room. The breakfast was reasonable with "make your own" pancakes and bread for toast, muffins, bagels, some fruit . Pretty basic. But sufficient. There were plenty of outlets in the room to charge all your devices. Be sure to check the alarm clock provided. Somebody had set previously set ours for 5:57 AM and we didn't notice and it woke us up! There were four elevators, so no waits going up to your room. There was a big sign posted that if you stay more than one night , your room only get serviced once every OTHER night, which is kind of ridiculous for a Hilton and for the price you are already paying. The rooms look really nice when you enter them. I really liked that there was a quite high quality room darkening shade, because normally we have to clip curtains closed to prevent light from coming in from outside no matter where we stay, so that was a welcome addition. There was a smallish refrigerator. The bathroom was a decent size and even came with a nightlight! Weird thing is there were no closets and no drawers anywhere to store anything so you basically have to keep everything in a suitcase because there's only a couple of hooks to hang things. There wasn't even an ice bucket in the room! No coffee maker such as is the usual standard in the Hilton chain, so I had to go downstairs to get ice at the bar because the ice machine on our floor wasn't even working... even if there would've been an ice bucket! The beds and the pillows were really on the cheap/cheesy side. The mattress appears to be about 12 inches thick but it is an inexpensive old fashioned inner spring mattress. When you sit on it, it sunk and compressed to about 6 inches and you could feel the springs on your back when you lay on it. Very uncomfortable!!! The pillows were the cheap kind you get at Walmart, providing no support whatsoever. Bring your own. The lobby was very inviting as evidenced by the photographs I provided. We didn't arrive by car, but I heard other guests complaining about the $20 fee for parking, which is kind of annoying when you have to pay $40 or more to park in the theme parks, and then to be nickel and dimed when you get here to sleep is ridiculous too. But it is Orlando after all. Expect to pay extra for everything.
