Recently renovated and bought by Hilton. For a new renovation not great. Heavy industrial cleaner smell on 4th floor in hall all week. In the room itself while nice it lacks care in the reno. The shower tap never stopped dripping also. Maybe we are just used to higher standards from Hilton

Disgusting Our room had cockroaches, which is a serious health and sanitation issue. Even though we were moved to another room, the experience was already stressful and unacceptable. Customer service was extremely disappointing. The only compensation offered was a $22 refund, which is honestly a joke for a situation involving pests. I did not want this refund — I wanted proper accountability. Due to the seriousness of this issue, I will also be reporting this hotel to the local Health Department. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

We checked in around midnight and were given a room with an overwhelming odor of moisture and urine, making it impossible to stay. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful before finally moving us to another room. The second room was still unacceptable. While the smell was slightly better, the room was filthy, with hair on the bathroom floor, visible insects, and clumps of hair throughout the carpet. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had through Hotels.com. A claim was filed through the app, but customer service was unable to reach any on-site management. We are still trying to resolve this. Based on this experience, we strongly recommend avoiding this property.

This was a very disappointing stay. When we arrived, the room was not clean at all. There were clothing tags on the floor, a plastic swimsuit liner stuck to the couch, and hair all over the bed sheets and pullout couch (looked like pubic or beard hair), which was really uncomfortable and gross. The iron also didn’t work properly. It leaked water onto the hot plate and had a black sticky residue that got onto a towel when we tried to clean it. We called the front desk to ask for another iron and were told none were available, and the call was ended abruptly. They offered 25% off one night and said the room was cleaned, but when we came back, nothing had changed. There was still hair and debris on the bed sheets, so the room clearly wasn’t cleaned like they claimed. Between the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service, this stay was extremely disappointing. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE! From the moment my husband and I arrived, the treatment by staff was cold, unfriendly, and dismissive. The front desk associate who checked us in, Louie, was rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. This lack of care continued throughout the stay and directly contributed to how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt as guests. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I reviewed recent online reviews and became extremely concerned after seeing numerous complaints about cockroaches and pest infestations. I have allergies to certain pests, which can become severe, so this was alarming for me. Upon check-in, I requested to speak with the manager. Louie repeatedly questioned why I needed to speak with her and appeared unwilling to involve management. When the manager eventually came out, she was also unfriendly and dismissive. She told me that pest control had not been done in over two years, and implied that this was the reason guests had been seeing pests. She then stated it “should be fine now.” The following morning, while eating breakfast in the lobby, I personally witnessed a cockroach running across the floor in front of guests. This was shocking, humiliating, and extremely distressing, especially after being reassured the issue had supposedly been resolved. The condition of our room was equally unacceptable. The room had a strong moldy and mildew-like odor. The air vent was visibly coated in dust. As a result, I experienced severe allergy symptoms throughout the stay, including constant sneezing, watery and bloodshot eyes, and inability to sleep. My husband, who has diagnosed asthma, also struggled significantly and had to rely on his inhaler during the stay. This was frightening and completely unacceptable. I was forced to go to Walmart to purchase allergy medication and eye drops simply to get through the trip. The cleanliness of the hotel overall was extremely poor. Breakfast tables were dirty and unsanitary even at night, raising serious concerns about hygiene and whether proper cleaning was being done at all. Each time we returned to the hotel after being out, I felt anxious, uncomfortable, and upset, knowing we had to spend the night in such an environment. Housekeeping issues made matters even worse. One morning, we politely asked a housekeeper to clean our bathroom, which was visibly dirty. She agreed and took our room number. However, the bathroom was never cleaned. Later that night, after returning extremely tired, we discovered that our towels had been removed and not replaced. We had no towels at all. When we went to the front desk for assistance, Louie once again responded with visible irritation, rolled his eyes, and said, word for word, “I don’t know what to tell you,” offering no solution, no apology, and no concern. Additional issues included an extremely squeaky and uncomfortable bed, extremely low shower water pressure, and a posted elevator notice indicating expired or overdue safety documentation. While this may not immediately make the elevator unsafe, it reflects a serious lack of maintenance and attention to guest safety. I have photo documentation of this. This experience took a significant emotional toll on me. I cried multiple times during this trip. I could not sleep properly, felt physically ill, and felt completely misled and let down. This was not a minor inconvenience or an isolated issue — it was a pattern of neglect, poor cleanliness, and disrespectful treatment throughout the stay. For a hotel connected to the Hilton name, this is deeply concerning and unacceptable. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels. I am not someone who complains over small issues. However, this experience was beyond anything I have encountered and does not align in any way with the standards Hilton present to customers.
