I have annual pass for disney and always book hotels This hotel is a no go for me Ac wasn't working well The shampoo and gel in shower were empty Bathroom tub has some sort if matt in it that came unglued and I almost tripped on it Pillows were very soft Still paid 250 for 2 nights I thinknill go back to my other hotel in the future

Upon check-in, we were greeted by Tricity who explained all of the ins and outs regarding hotel amenities. While staying there we had an issue in which Jackie resolved immediately. Overall, a great stay. Only complaint is that most of washing machines and a dryer were broken.

I wanted to leave as special thanks to Tricity, who helped us during check in. Her service was amazing, she was extremely kind and an awesome troubleshooter. Moreover, she’s extremely professional and incredible at multitasking. I can’t thank her enough

There are roaches and bugs infested/ living in the tables/ furniture in the rooms here. I ordered food and put it down for literally one minute and roaches came from everywhere. Don’t get trapped by the “free” breakfast it’s only bagels and cereal. This hotel is run down and needs an exterminator/ serious repairs ASAP! I’m so surprised Hilton is tied to this hotel. will never stay at a Spark ever again.
