- GOgamaliel ortiz1 day ago1.0I rarely write reviews since I just need a place to sleep while visiting Universal Orlando, but this stay was so bad I had to speak up. I could overlook the broken safe, closet doors that won’t close, loud bathroom fan, and noisy AC. But what made this unbearable was a loud banging noise at 6:30 AM EVERY SINGLE DAY for all three days of my stay. It woke me up each morning without fail. All I wanted was to sleep and enjoy the parks. Instead, I was sleep-deprived the entire trip. This may have been specific to my room, but I can’t recommend this hotel when basic sleep is impossible. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
