- RMrudy monzon5 days ago5.0Super hotel, buen servicio, extremadamente limpio, el desayuno que incluyen con mucha variedad, estuvimos 5 noches y todo estuvo genial, muy cerca de Universal, bastante cerca de Seaworld y Disney, muchos outlet cercanos y restaurantes cercanos, el personal increíble. Recomendadisimo. Icon Park muy cerca, lo ideal rentar auto, Orlando es muy amigable para conducir todo está cerca.

Atendimento cortês. Negativo: Café da manhã incluso, mas do tipo continental — sem itens quentes preparados na hora (como ovos mexidos, omelete, bacon, panquecas ou salsichas, comuns em Orlando). Apenas opções frias: pães, muffins, frutas, cereais, iogurte, café, chá e sucos. O único extra foi ovo cozido gelado (sem possibilidade de aquecer). Estranho também o sistema: pega-se o café em frente ao elevador e os demais itens em outro espaço. Observação: Entendo que seja para reduzir custos, mas isso não está claro no anúncio do hotel.

- GOgamaliel ortizNov 23, 20251.0I rarely write reviews since I just need a place to sleep while visiting Universal Orlando, but this stay was so bad I had to speak up. I could overlook the broken safe, closet doors that won’t close, loud bathroom fan, and noisy AC. But what made this unbearable was a loud banging noise at 6:30 AM EVERY SINGLE DAY for all three days of my stay. It woke me up each morning without fail. All I wanted was to sleep and enjoy the parks. Instead, I was sleep-deprived the entire trip. This may have been specific to my room, but I can’t recommend this hotel when basic sleep is impossible. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
