We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and they don’t really maintain to the standards of Hilton. Bathroom toilet flush wasn’t working. When we reported it they just cleaned and said it was fixed. When we were getting ready to check out and then we had to wait for Bathroom maintenance as it wasn’t fixed. Here comes highlight, manager promised me to compensate in points. I haven’t got points added and when reported they said it was some technical issue and are working. I was again promised that they will resolve and call me back. Forget about calling back they not even answering call. HOTEL MANAGER name is Mr Bryan. When I tried call Hilton customer care they just replied they cant help as it is booked from third party. Issue is what is real meaning of WORD.

I HIGHLY RECOMMENDING NOT TO STAY HERE!!!! The hotel does not match the photos advertised online with the sink placed next to the beds instead of inside the bathroom, and overall was VERY misleading. Cleanliness was a SERIOUS issue. Baby roaches in the bathroom, a roach fell into one of my bags. The building is and it SHOWS with the smell of the halls that slaps you in the face!!!! Housekeeping skipped our rooms multiple times, even after staff personally asked if we wanted cleaning and we confirmed yes. When I went to the front desk repeatedly, management tried to blame us by claiming we had do not disturb signs on our doors, which we did not. Instead of fixing the issue, responsibility was constantly shifted. After all of that we only got our room cleaned ONCE during a FOUR DAY STAY!!! There were also plumbing problems. The shower did not drain properly and water pooled on the floor. Management suggested using towels to soak it up even after I asked for cleaning tools REPEATEDLY! very unsanitary! The free breakfast was very poor. Stale bagels, old nuts, NO hot food, NO protein and the ice machine was broken looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in YEARS!! Between the cleanliness issues, lack of housekeeping, plumbing problems, and poor management, this hotel does not meet basic standards. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Otherwise you’ll be met with poor service, smelly halls no food and a team that can not take accountability and will rather gaslight instead of quickly solving the problem!!!!

I DO NOT recommend staying here! The hotel does not match the photos advertised online. The room layout was very uncomfortable, with the sink placed next to the beds instead of inside the bathroom, and overall felt misleading. Cleanliness was a serious issue. I booked more than one room and one of the rooms had roaches, including baby roaches near the sink, and another roach fell into a guest’s bag. There were also plumbing problems. The shower did not drain properly and water pooled on the floor. Management suggested using towels to soak it up rather than fixing the problem or providing proper cleaning tools. The free breakfast was very poor. Stale bagels, old nuts, warm juice, no hot food. I would suggest ordering breakfast or eating out! Between the cleanliness issues, lack of housekeeping, plumbing problems, and poor management, this hotel does not meet basic standards. Very disappointing!

Total dump. Litter overflowing at front, rude staff! Stopped by out on Sunday morning way back from airport to see if we can use restroom as i had my 3 yo daughter with me. The Hispanic lady at front desk out right said no you have to use bathroom in your hotel rooms only if you're guest. What a shame! Wish people specifically hospitality industry front desk professional can spread some kindness. I was just trying to use the bathroom for my daughter unlike all the trash and litter that was left at the hotel entrance. I am a hilton diamond member by the way and would never recommend this location as the parking was empty and the trash overflowed right in hotel entrance and the hispanic lady was unprofessional and selfish to not let a child use the bathroom. Kudos to Four points Sheraton and bless their hearts, the ladies were so kind enough and friendly. Please learn some basic customer service training, the lady the desk, your behavior was a turn off and i would never consider renting a room if thats how you treat your potential guests.

I am a very well-traveled Hilton guest and have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties worldwide. Unfortunately, this stay has been the worst I have experienced in terms of both customer service and room quality. I am currently on a five-day stay and regret this booking. I arrived late Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning, I woke up in pain but initially assumed it was due to a late night. However, when I went to bed Wednesday evening, I realized the pain was caused by a severe dip in the mattress. Upon further inspection, there appears to be a hole or structural issue in the bed frame. I tossed and turned all night and woke up Thursday morning in significant pain. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and was told someone would be sent to fix the mattress. No one came. On Friday morning, I followed up again and was told that the maintenance technician was off and would address it on Saturday. By Saturday morning, I woke up in such severe pain that I genuinely feared I had dislocated my shoulder. This was the third consecutive morning I reported the unresolved issue. I was then told—by receptionist Dia—that maintenance was waiting for me to either check out or change rooms because the issue could not be fixed while I was occupying the room. This was the first time this information had been communicated to me. At no point over the prior two days did any staff member suggest or offer a room change as a solution. Dia’s proposed solution was that we move all of our belongings into my brother’s room, fully check out of our assigned room, come back down to the front desk, and then be issued keys for a room across the hall. Given my shoulder pain and the physical difficulty of repeatedly moving luggage, this was an unnecessarily complicated and unreasonable approach. We informed a housekeeping staff member that we were being moved to the room across the hall. She told us she would clean it immediately and left the door open for us so we could move in once it was ready. This was a far more practical solution, especially considering that we had already lost over three hours of our day—time that was supposed to be spent at SeaWorld—trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled on the first day it was reported. When I came downstairs to obtain the key for the new room, Dia proceeded to lecture me for not informing her before moving, stating that it was a “liability” because the room had not yet been inspected—even though the room was directly across the hall and housekeeping was actively cleaning it. Her tone was rude and condescending, and she again implied that the situation was our fault rather than the result of repeated staff inaction and miscommunication. I asked for her name so that I could share my experience with customer care. Her response was, “Yeah, do what you want with it, nothing’s going to happen.” This comment was not only unprofessional but dismissive and completely unacceptable for a Hilton employee. Between the unsafe sleeping conditions, the lack of follow-through, the poor communication, the significant disruption to our vacation, and the staff’s attitude throughout this ordeal, this experience falls far below Hilton’s standards. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
