  For a Hilton affiliate it's not giving.. much to my chagrin after all the reviews I read.. did my usual sanitizing wipe down of the hard surfaces. -the shower stall was super dirty .. #motel8 might change rooms #mightask for a refund

  I had a get experience at your establishment. We weee treated so kind and the front staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Her name is Dia. We were in town for a concert and she was just so sweet a s so good with the guest. Dia you rock 5⭐️s for her! -Miranda and Ieshia

  This is the weakest Hilton I'd ever been, building is old, rooms are outdated, they have a infestation of cockroaches, I guess because people eat food in their rooms. Walls are thin, you can hear anything close by, I never use the Brealfast option, it didnt look nice. Now, bed was comfortable, water always in Florida smells like zulphur, there wasnt any shower soap in the bottle, had to use shampoo. Location was a bit far from OCCC (about a mile), lucky mine was at the west concourse and used the access near by the west parking lot. Not much business around, but good for running outside, no gym either. It was expensive for the perks. I will rather stay at the days inn, 2 starts but low expectations is better. Sparks, eliminate that TV is worthless, if cannot offer cable, take the tv off.

  STAY AWAY OF THIS HOTEL! 🪳 🪳 Cockroach. I book 1 week in this hotel, first time I open the room ( 117) a very bad smell (pet odor, and humidity combine) by the afternoon I tried to take a shower and hot water is not coming out after more than 10 min... tried to call front desk... phone doesn't work 😒. Walk to the front desk ask for help and they told me they will send somebody right away.... 10 min pass and nobody... whent to the front desk again because remember phone doesn't work 😒. Told me the guy already went home, or they don't know where he is... offer me to change room. I pack everything and came back to the front desk and send me back to the same floor with no help to room 102🙄. Room looks ok... Just the toilet is moving every time you sitting, took a shower and went to bed. Next day ready to working out because in the internet thay said they have a gym.... FALSE!!!!! NO gym around. AC is leaking and carpet wheet around and walking close the desk and boom 💥 a Cockroach moving🤢🤮🤮, immediately pack my stuff and run to the front desk to notify. Offer me another room again in the second floor 🙄🙄, call my husband crying and asking him to change me to another hotel... meanwhile I ask if I can come back quick to the room to change because I was in PJ'S, they said yes... I came back and the room was already "clean" and it was not that 10 min when I left so I wondering if they changed the sheets, towels and wash and clean the tub, bathroom and clean in general the room soooo quick 🤔. Mentioned in the front desk and have a side eyes and get annoyed 😒, ask for the other room because I need to take a shower and get ready... surprise Elevator 🛗 is not working 😕. I left the hotel plus the chips and water bottle they give you saying to give a 5 🌟 review. HELL NO! Changing 3 rooms in less that 24

  The hotel was satisfactory for a single night's stay. The room, along with the bathroom and shower, was rather compact, but impeccably clean. There was no hot water available at the sink, and the breakfast selection was limited, consisting only of bagels, cereal, and coffee. Raul, the receptionist who assisted us with check-in, provided excellent service. However, the lady working the morning shift today appeared to be rather impolite and unsympathetic. The location is excellent, as the hotel is conveniently situated near SeaWorld, Aquatica, and several major restaurants. We had a restful night's sleep, despite the AC being a bit noisy. Although I had read about issues with roaches elsewhere, we did not encounter any during our stay. We would certainly consider booking with Spark by Hilton again in the future.
