Most of the walls had noticeable scuffs and marks, and while some wear is understandable, there was grime that could have been cleaned rather than permanent damage requiring repair or repainting. One example was the electrical outlets and surrounding areas, which were visibly dirty and would have been easy to wipe down. Cabinet drawers were neglected and unusable. The shelves had not been cleaned and still had food on them. There was even hair on a door trim. The bathroom fan did not work. Other marks throughout the room could have been improved with routine cleaning. These are not major repairs, just details that were overlooked. Although I reported the damaged items to the front desk to make sure we were not held responsible, nothing was fixed during our extended stay. Overall, I expected better from a Hilton branded property. Cleanliness and attention to detail are part of why people choose this brand, and in this case, it fell short.

We were on the road from Texas and didn’t read email, but would have answered phone and fixed. Manager just canceled it. Now we have a less ideal suite at a hotel further from parks. Guess I’ll let my gold Honors expire and stop using any Hilton.

This hotel also has predatory parking - they charge a steep rate for parking, which their neighboring Hilton chain hotel with a connected parking lot does not and when you park for a few minutes to retrieve your things from the hotel, you're met with a $75 parking fine.
