  I would rate this zero stars if I could! I don’t even know where to start about this place. We walk in and you can already tell there’s nothing sweet about this suite. This place looks like it hasn’t been repainted since 1999. Then where do I get started about the anthill. There were an abnormal amount of bugs crawling in the bathroom. I honestly thought there was an ant colony in the drain. They also don’t clean there towels very well as we can see there is a lot of pleghm on the towels. I swear someone was hiding in our room also or there was a ghost. We would hear a loud banging noise every five minutes. Let’s talk about that elevator also. It said we were on the first floor for 5 minutes and then when it opened we were on the 6th. That’s right it took 5 minutes to go up 6 floors. The tiles on the floor have some form of mildew or grime I’m not a Scientologist so I don’t know. Only upside is that whenever you wanna move from this hotel you can go to the Carole hotel Nextdoor. Aka the best Hampton inn in the entire world!

  The Florida Clean air act that Orlando adopted dictates that smokers must be at least 25 feet from the exit of a building. The ash can is directly outside the side door to the buliding. My room 146 was right next to this ash can. I was smelling cigarette smoke and weed smoke in my room all night long. I am super pissed about it and will be contacting the City of Orlando code violations department. The breakfast was awesome and had a large selection of baked goods. Parking was easy.

  I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights starting September 11, 2025 — my second visit this year — traveling with another couple before our cruise. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment compared to my previous experience. Both of our rooms had issues. In my room, the ceiling vent in the bathroom actually fell upon arrival, scattering dirt everywhere. It took maintenance two full days to fix the problem, and when they finally did, the bathroom was still left in a dirty state. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Only one elevator in the entire building was working, which caused long waits and frustration for all guests. The breakfast was also very poor — limited choices and low quality. When we went to use the laundry facilities, there was no detergent (Tide) available for purchase. I was assured by Lorraine that I would receive 15,000 Hilton Honors points as an apology for the inconvenience, but two months later, those points have still not been credited to my account. Both couples were left very disappointed with this stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service standards. I expected much better from a Hilton property.

  L’hôtel commence à vieillir, les chambres sont grandes (executive) mais paraissent mal entretenues. L’épaisseur des portes fera que vous pourrez entendre tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Un club à coté nous fait profiter de sa musique et de ses nuisances qui l’accompagnent jusqu’à 2:30AM. Ne comptez pas sur cet hotel pour vous reposer. Au petit déj vous aurez un peu de choix mais cela reste standard et très industriel: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles. Et cette salle reste très bruyante. Il n’y a qu’un seul ascenseur et celui ci est vieux et très lent. Et pour terminer une femme de ménage vient d’essayer de rentrer (sans frapper à la porte) alors que j’étais toujours dans la chambre (09:30AM). Ayant tester de nombreux hôtels dans la zone, je ne peux que déconseiller cet hotel!

  The hotel was ok. Unfortunately, The hot tub was dirty both days and the pool could use an upgrade in paint. I looked for a skimmer myself but there was not one. (I picked this hotel because of the hot tub) I saw a man skim the pool in the morning but not the hot tub, hmm. The room was fine. Did not interact with staff much besides checking in. The front desk lady was professional and courteous. Breakfast and coffee were great. Loved the coffee all day. The elevators were out of date. Overall, a good stay for overnight.
