We called the front desk three times this afternoon with no answer, spoke with someone in reservations who offered to transfer us back to the front desk, and ultimately overpaid a gracious shuttle driver for a different hotel brand to bring us safely to our reservation here at Homewood Suites as we have a values issue with Uber and did not plan to rent a vehicle for this conference.

The room was super clean and spacious. Definitely worth all 5 stars. Shuttle staff was really nice also. We would stay here again 100%!!!!! Great to have a basketball court and a pool for the G-son.

When no two-bedroom rooms were available, they quickly found a thoughtful solution that worked perfectly for our family. When the shuttle was busy, they even arranged and paid for a Lyft to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced. Every front desk clerk (big shout out to Emily) we interacted with—both before and after our cruise—was professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service all around.

I was there for 3 days and the stay was great but the 3 days i was there, i got 0 sleep. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on bench from how hard it was. The AC was also janky, at one point the air was set to 68° but heat was coming out. I liked the stay but i didn’t love it.

But the front desk host Alexis, wow… I watched this young lady handle a very rude and hostile with such grace I was beyond impress. This young lady made a difference in my entire day, her ability to stay calm and gentle made me believe and truly see what icustomer service and satisfaction is all about. Again, everyone, the gentlemen who provide airport transfer were extremely kind and helpful, even the housekeeping staff were friendly and whenever I passed them greeted me with a good morning and good evening… this hotel made such a pleasant experience that I needed and wanted to stay longer. Highly recommend.
