- SGSarah GOct 1, 20252.0Honestly, I'm astonished at what a disaster this brief stay was. I've never had a worse Hilton experience. Rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was good...the rest of our experience was awful. We stayed for 2 nights in between flights, and the first night we found out our AC unit sounded like a dying woodchipper (Room 231), and woke us up whenever it kicked on. So, the 2nd night we turned the AC down low before it was bedtime to try and prevent it from turning on. Except this night, another room's alarm on the 2nd floor a few doors down started blaring at 1AM, continued for basically the entire night, and then began again at 9AM as I write this review. I went down to the front desk, but they were also struggling and unable to turn off the alarm for the night. Aside from that, our door had a seal loose and/or was placed incorrectly in a way where we had to wrench the door open and force it closed. If we didn't slam it shut, it simply didn't close properly, meaning we accidentally didn't lock it behind us the first few times! We stayed due to our flight soon and lack of transportation, but I regret booking this hotel so much. I had higher hopes from Hilton 😥 at least it was clean!!! Housekeepers worked hard and did a great job.
