  The pillows are flat, the breakfast is by far the worst compared to other Hampton around the country. Plus, we are required to pay for parking via app while other hotels in the area do not charge for parking.

  Be warned! They charge to park at this location!! The reason this is a problem is because this is in an area with no street parking or public lots, so guests have no other alternative. If I had known, I would not have booked here. Hate to give it a low rating because the staff here have been very helpful during my style, but this is such a sneaky and greedy practice…especially in today’s economic climate. I would not book at this location again.

  My reservation was non refundable from Friday to Sunday. I checked in online on Thursday. Was not able to get there Friday. When I got to the hotel on Saturday, they had canceled my reservation! I have no notification that my reservation was cancelled. Not email, phone, or text. The only solution they gave me was to book the night at a higher rate… I called customer service and they said that management doesn’t work during weekends, so there was nothing they could do.

  Don’t Promise Something and Not Deliver I’m giving this property 1 star for one clear reason: Don’t promise something and not deliver. Back in 2023, the hotel claimed EV chargers were being installed. I even offered a program to install the chargers at no cost, but was told they already had a provider lined up. I respected that and stepped away. Here we are in late November 2025, and there are still No EV chargers anywhere on the grounds. Before my stay, I reached out to the Chief Engineer to confirm the status. Zero response. For EV drivers, this is a **major inconvenience especially when we plan our stay around promised charging amenities. Showing up and finding nothing completely disrupts the experience. My issue is simple: ✔ They promised EV chargers. ✘ They did not deliver. ✘ They did not communicate. ✘ They did not follow through. Because of this, I will also be contacting Hilton Corporate** to make them aware that this property has been stating for years that EV chargers were coming — yet nothing has been installed and communication to guests has been poor. Until the hotel actually installs chargers, EV drivers should know that **this property does NOT provide EV charging despite what has been said in previous years. With that said our Company NXTGEN get's 165,000 views per month on our Platform. If you want to work with us we will provide the proper channel and process in order to get your EV's on site. Until then this was the only way to get the word out. I am sorry, but you must do better as a Hotel Chain. NXTGEN Marketing Group "Honest and Accurate Reviews Since 2011" --
