    Rm 416 had bed bugs! Mgr on duty the morning we found them could have cared less that they had bedbugs. Not ok! Rooms not as clean as normal. Couches have stains which could be easily cleaned. Attention to detail of making sure rooms are clean. Dirty dish sponge under sink and no dish soap which makes me wonder what else is not being cleaned. Ac broken in rm 522 and even though i have time stamped pics and video i was still made to feel that we were lieing. Had to move rms and floor. Was told a rm on same floor was available but because attention to details were not paid attention to we had to move all unpacked items to a rm on a diff floor. No Care that our dinner was thrown out and ruined was not even a prob by 2 staff members / mgr Just a yup additude no apology from him. Then mgr didnt care either. She didnt want to hear anything from me at all. A quick comp of the night stay was all i was offered and she walked away. Then lied on the incident report that i asked her to fix. Which seemed to be nothing but a bother. Lacking concern and care Throughout management. Hotel doesn't feel safe with lack of attention to lobby area from certain staff, not all and homeless. GM seemed to care but I'm not sure. The treatment we had. No sleep from the ac issue, moving issue, and then the next morning finding the bugs we slept in the bed with..... not ok. We were exhausted. Black out curtain wqs broken in rm 416 so the light was shining in all night. They were booked so no other rm available to move from the 2nd rm with issues. We stayed at this location many times and this was the worse situation we had here. But not to care that there were bedbugs! Poor customer service from this mgr. Might need to treat ALL customers with the same demeanor no matter who they are. Don't be friendly for real with some and fake with others. I've let that feeling go since we've been going here but I'll throw it out there now. She just isn't real! No smile 90% of the time towards us! Might need to work on that. Oh and I'm Mrs not a Ms. Treat ALL people the same. I've worked customer service for 30 years and well treating people like this is unprofessional. You have a job to do and should do it with care. If you can't maybe this is the wrong job for you. Response to Carol... One rm had the bedbugs as you see. There was bld on the sheet from killing one. So now I feel as if your calling us liars. Who would lie about finding bugs. Leaving as soon as we could get packed and rushing down with our clothing to dry them in your dryers. That took 45 mins. The bugs were crawling on the bed at the head and foot area. I showed Dezire in person that I put in a baggie I had. Maybe your licensed pest control needs to look again. I also showed your GM through photos. Lack of concern was a big issue. We got no sleep from lights and having to move from the rm that wouldn't cool. It was the worse stay we've had there. Then getting up and finding bugs ! Horrible expierence ever with yall. Cleanliness? What about that disgusting sponge from under the sink? Or the stains on the couch arm? Visible that should be cleaned. Dust on the legs of the stand . The broken blk out curtain that wouldn't lower? None of this matters? White glove the rms I'm sure you'll see things that aren't clean.

    We had the best vacation at Home2Suites by Hilton, great experience. They treat us like Family, complimentary breakfast outstanding. Pool heated very relaxing and the gym with High deluxe sports equipment such as treadmill, weights, jump ropes. Definet will comeback again. Give them a 10 + for our wonderful stay.

    Very disappointed in this hotel and I haven’t even stayed a night. I’m a gold member..gave me 2 waters no snack..sounds trivial but for me those are the details I enjoy. Asked to leave a key in room was told no for security reasons..it would only take a 30 seconds to get it..15 mins I stood there to get it. I have an autistic son who doesn’t do well with things like that. That’s 2 strikes before even one of staying…let’s see how the next 3 nights go. .

    I wanted to take a moment to write a quick review for the wonderful young woman we interacted with in the evenings during our stay from October 29 to 31. Her name was Andrea. I was so impressed that she remembered our names the next day. She was so friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming — exactly the kind of person you want greeting guests at the front desk. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. She truly stands out, and I honestly think she deserves recognition (and maybe even a promotion!). That young woman is definitely going places.
