  We stayed here in a two queen bed suit room 519 during second week of Jan 2026. Overall good, clean hotel, good reception service, parking facilities and breakfast in a location close to Universal. The only thing that I did not like - though we stayed there for three nights, the room service did not clean our rooms for three days. The first day we had a 'do not disturb' note but on the other two days we did not had one and expected them to clean. The trash wasn't taken out, new towels weren't given, toilet tissues weren't refilled. When I tried using the hotel phone to inform reception, the phone was giving a loud creeky noise and wasn't working either.

  Eu paguei 10 diárias nesse hotel, mas fiquei só 5. Não me senti segura no lugar pela vizinhança. Tem café da manhã incluso mas é terrível, não dá pra comer. Meus filhos estão acostumados a dormir em sofá cama, mas o deles era péssimo. Muito pequeno e barulhento. Tentei um reembolso pelas diárias que perdi mas não me concederam. Enfim, Orlando tem muito hotel melhor. Não fiquem nesse

  Stayed at Home2 Suites over Christmas, the king size room was very clean and had cooking facilities. The pool was good. The staff are helpful and very pleasant. The food for breakfast was good with many options. The housekeeping staff are excellent. Located close to international drive and transport to outlets was easy. Can walk to universal or get the shuttle bus.

  Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near Universal was a solid place to stay and did exactly what we needed for a Universal trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel, which was great after long park days. Having a kitchenette was a nice bonus for late night snacks and quick breakfasts. The location is a big win; super close to Universal, easy Uber rides, and plenty of food spots nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable despite being in a busy area. Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay with good space and a great location. Would definitely stay again for a Universal visit.

  Excelente hotel. Quarto amplo, com cama king size e sofá cama "casal", pia, lava louças, geladeira e freezer grandes, microondas, utensílios de cozinha e, mediante pedido, Cooktop de uma boca e frigideira. Ótimo colchão da cama king size, já o sofá cama não é tão confortável. Chuveiro sem banheira. Hotel possui lavanderia (paga-se com cartão ou moedas de US$ 0,25), academia e piscina externa, com churrasqueira. O café da manhã é padrão americano, variado, servido em um espaço amplo. Para os parques da Universal é oferecido Shuttle em um hotel a uns 150 m, com horários limitados, contudo é possível ir até os hotéis da Universal (a uns 600 m, 8 min de caminhada) e usar os ônibus da própria Universal para o City Walk (Hollywood Studios e Island Adventure), Volcano Bay e Epic (os motoristas informam que a única exigência e pegarem ou descerem nos pontos predefinidos). Recebem encomendas sem custo. Estacionamento amplo gratuito. Por uns US$ 124 a diária (reserva com antecedência, no próprio site Hilton), achamos um ótimo custo-benefício Nossa família gostaria de agradecer também a atenção e o carinho diário de toda a equipe, em especial da Dona Carmen e da Jô.
