On the one day they pretty much know almost all their patrons were up late the night before, they treat it like a workday cutoff instead of weekend/holiday 10 am cutoff. Who does that?

I love using the Hilton app—check-in was effortless and being able to use my phone as the room key made everything even smoother. We walked into our 1-bedroom studio suite and were immediately greeted with that fresh, clean scent. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed, even a dishwasher! The entire suite felt roomy and comfortable for my husband, our toddler, and our dog. For a pet-friendly hotel, it was extremely well maintained. There was a large designated area to walk our dog, and they even provided poop bags, which was perfect since we were running low. Free breakfast was better than expected—egg bites, waffles, toppings to make your own breakfast sandwich, cereal, yogurt, and more. Plenty of options for everyone. The pool area was very nice too; I just wish the weather had been warm enough to enjoy it. From the front desk down to the housekeepers were very friendly! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back the next time we’re in the area.

He was incredibly helpful and kindly lent me the screwdrivers and tools I needed to dismantle the wizard's chessboard I had just purchased from the Universal Castle. Without his kindness, I would have been stuck with that board as a huge problem, or United Airlines might have charged me $1,000 to deliver this wonderful souvenir back to Taiwan. His thoughtful assistance truly made a difference in ensuring my smooth return journey.
