    Hi, I’ve been staying here for the past 7 days and unfortunately I’ve experienced several issues that are not consistent with the quality I expected from your company. These include problems with the bathroom drains, housekeeping not being properly done, a door that does not close correctly, and low-quality bed sheets, among other issues.     I stay at this concept in multiple areas. The digital key was down. No waters given at the desk for diamond members. Shampoo and conditioner out in shower. Room was clean. Ac was a little iffy. It was a good value beware the 10 dollar parking fee

    Great hotel and great rooms. I found the breakfast buffet a bit odd for my European taste buds (very oily and egg heavy) but I managed to get a solid brekkie every morning. The night staff were very friendly and should be commended for their patience and welcoming vibe. Location is good. There's a supermarket in walking distance and it's easy to get around Orlando by Uber. Rooms were great for the price point. I stayed with a group of students for an overseas trip and they also enjoyed the pool and the nice AC in the lobby. Highly recommend.

    I’ve stayed at this Home2 Suites for 6 days, and no one came to my room for housekeeping the entire time. I had to keep requesting clean towels and trash pickup myself. Very disappointing experience and poor service overall — I expected better cleanliness and attention to guests.

    Disgusting and noisy rooms. We chose this hotel because we have stayed at this brand before and always had a pleasant and clean experience, not so here. The bathroom was never cleaned as there was hair all over the shower, toilet, and sink. The floors were gross throughout. The kitchen area was dirty. We were told we received the last room and couldn't be moved from the 1st floor, meanwhile the parking lot was empty and we arrived late. The 1st floor was extremely noisy, you could here everything from the lobby. We did not get a wink of sleep due to this and the AC unit clicking loudly all night long, plus the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Awful experience. This is not the standard of Home 2 Suites.
