It was an absolutely terrible experience. I will never come back to this hotel again. From 7 a.m. to the afternoon, there was constant noise, with people constantly tapping on the floor. When I communicated with the front desk, they just said they couldn't do anything and refused to change us to a quieter room, at least not one directly below the noisy one. It was a very bad trip. All I wanted was to have a quiet sleep!!!

A Memorable Stay at Home2 Suites Orlando
I just wanted to take a moment to share one of the most delightful experiences I had during my stay at Home2 Suites in Orlando (12107 Regency Village Dr). From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel exceeded expectations. However, what really made this stay stand out was the exceptional service we received from one employee in particular—Michael.
While we encountered a few minor issues during our stay (nothing worth complaining about), Michael went above and beyond to address them with such efficiency and warmth. He was always quick to respond, and his cheerful, friendly demeanor made every interaction enjoyable. In fact, we made it a point to leave our room a few minutes earlier each day just to chat with him! He offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and we were never disappointed with his suggestions.
It’s clear that Michael is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about ensuring guests have the best possible experience in Orlando. His dedication to customer service truly elevated our stay.
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at your hotel. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Disney with our family. Unfortunately, I would not recommended this hotel. Upon arrival after a long travel day we were unable to check in due to the system being down, I understood this was out of there control so what could we do. The next day after being at Disney all day we realized we didn’t have blankets for the pull out couch or enough towels so we called the front desk. Mind you, it was not busy during this time and after 4 calls they finally answered and said they would send some. Hours go by and we eventually fall asleep because no one came. The next morning when we were in the bathroom we noticed mold. We started looking closer and the entire floor and wall was covered in black mold. When we got out of the shower we also noticed our feet were completely black from walking just around the tile in the bathroom area. The room was so dirty. We immediately messaged the hotel asking for assistance and they assured us they were on it but nothing ever came about. We had to bring it up to the front desk again for someone to come look at it. My parents also were staying and there room wasn’t any better. This hotel needs a complete revamp and remodel. I would of thought I was staying at a motel 6 and I have never even stayed at one. In short, find a new hotel!! I wish I could upload a video but I can only share a photo of the conditions.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Loved having the mini kitchen. The pull out couch was actually very comfortable! And the location is pretty central to all of the theme parks. The staff here is wonderful! Unfortunately, my family won’t be staying here again because the breakfast food was consistently cold everyday. The eggs and sausage are just placed in a case, with no heating elements to keep it warm. Other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at had much better and warmer breakfast options.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not the Standard of Care Expected from Hilton
We just checked into this hotel on December 21, 2025, and our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. This is absolutely not the standard of care we expect from a Hilton property.
Upon entering our first assigned room, we were immediately shocked by the condition. The room was dirty and disgusting. The floors were visibly dirty, the tables had not been cleaned, and the overall appearance made it clear that proper housekeeping had not been done prior to our arrival. It felt as though the room had not cleaned at all after the previous guests.
We contacted the front desk and were moved to a second room, expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. The room smelled bad, including a cigarette odor, despite this being a non-smoking property. The floor was dirty again, and to our disbelief, the trash can was full, containing dirty diapers. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary, especially for a hotel that claims to uphold Hilton standards.
In addition to the cleanliness issues, the shower had weak water pressure. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly frustrating and added to the overall disappointment.
What made this experience even more upsetting was the lack of urgency and responsiveness from the staff. While we were moved from one room to another, the underlying issues were never resolved. There was no apology that reflected the seriousness of the situation, no reassurance that the rooms would be properly cleaned, and no proactive effort to make things right.
Staying at a Hilton-branded hotel comes with an expectation of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this property failed on all fronts. Being placed into two consecutive dirty rooms, both with serious hygiene concerns, is unacceptable under any circumstances.
