Most Home2 Suites / Hilton experiences I've had have been great, unlike this location. Staff service attitudes hovered around disinterested. The parking situation with PMC as valet is atrocious as mentioned in other comments; delayed, also disinterested, you must pay this racket via card through entering your information into their site, and of course they double charged me.

Horrible place to stay. They make you pay for valet, its not optional. When you book the room they say nothing about it. $35-$45 a night for them to play with your car. Never do they tell you they will drive your vehicle to a garage, which they dont tell you where it is, if there is security, etc. This garage is 5 mins away from the hotel, so not only will you be waiting, but you'll never know what is happening to your expensive vehicle. I emailed the valet manager and the GM and they both were very obtuse about it. They dont care about their customers. Also, I went on a business trip, no wifi and the front desk girl told me oh well you'll have to come up to the front tomorrow so you can speak to the IT dept. ARE YOU JOKING? I had a meeting early in the morninging and that was her resolve? This place is so unprofessional and they charge you too much for what you get. You'd be better off going to a red roof inn.

Booked a stay for 6 days for a festival that is happening this weekend through expedia. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay $525.00 in fees for my stay even though I paid in full. After agreeing to a refund, they not only gave me the run around on the phone but actually hung up on customer support and I while on the phone together. They claim to have no supervisor, no manager on site either. Dont book here, its a scam. They tired to scam me for double the room rate.

I don't enjoy giving this hotel a less than 5 star review, as the staff, the room, the pool/spa were great, but their valet service, not so much. I knew going in that it would be around $45 for the day and I was ok with that, but what I didn't expect were valets who don't know how to drive a standard. I feel a little ripped off as I had to retrieve my own car. That's not valet service. 🙄

Be prepared to pay about $40 for REQUIRED valet. When you book the room online, it says valet available but does not state that it’s REQUIRED and NOT included in the room price. You only find out when you arrive there. And if you don’t wanna pay for valet don’t worry valet will just suggest meter parking on the (very busy) street with about 4 spots available nearby, or the parking garage which is $20 across the street from them. Ridiculous, honestly.
The room was very clean and great quality when we arrived and the front desk staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. No complaints staff wise or room wise.
The “complimentary breakfast” that is included with your stay was PATHETIC though. I’ve stayed at many hotels ranging from Hilton’s to Econolodge’s. At this location the “breakfast” was a sad looking egg patty similar to McDonald’s quality, a waffle maker with waffles you have to make yourself, and a very obviously box frozen chicken patty, and bagels of low quality. Now, I’m not expecting Gordon Ramsey level breakfast if it’s free, but some more variety or even just better quality would’ve been much better than what we saw and I’ve had better complimentary breakfasts at best western or even the eco lodge.
The location is great if you’re attending an event downtown though, we were able to walk to the Kia Center in about 15-20 minutes which was very reasonable, and there’s a Starbucks right next door attached to the hotel if you need your caffeine fix.
Would really love to see them do something different about the parking situation and maybe provide a better breakfast for me to give them a better review.
