    They wouldn’t honor my Hilton honor points. This is the first time this has happened and I travel all the time and stay at Hiltons. Disappointing.

    I am a lifetime diamond Hilton member and this is One of the few times that I have had a Hilton location let me down. I had scheduled this for a little vacation for my wife and kids to go to Disneyland and they just needed a room for one night. My daughter and her husband got in later than my wife and there was supposed to be a key left at the front desk, but the front desk clerk couldn’t find it didn’t help her and didn’t believe who she was and was quite rude to my daughter and just told her to go up and knock on the door if she knew what the room number was while being every bit unprofessional and unwelcoming because some how this meant extra work on their part. Unbelievable! Definitely will seek other options in the future for upcoming stays in the area!

    Shuttle drivers George & Carlos were great. Cara at the front desk is an absolutely a professional and personable. 2 weeks ago I was originally booked for 1 night but I ended up having to extend my stay to 3 days due to my flight being cancelled twice. So every time this happened, I would call in and Cara would immediately assist me and rebook me a room and then have Carlos and or George come out and pick me up from the airport. Hilton should know that these 3 employees are a asset to Hilton and should be recognized as such. Thank you very much, Marc A. Durmis a Hilton Rewards Member. 01/01/26

    Had a few snafus with my stay, but overall this was a great way to keep our car near the airport. Hotel shuttle was GREAT and both Brandon and George were excellent. Would definitely stay again especially if needed for flying.

    When we got to the airport and called for shuttle, they told us they were on the way, 30 min later we called again and they just said they were on the way, 30 min late they said they had a shift change so we had to wait. We wanted 1 hour 3 mi. In total for the ride to the hotel that is about 3 miles away. We could have walked there faster. On day 1 they did not do room service so we had to come down stairs for towels and they told us that ever other day they clean the rooms. On day 2 they still did not clean it after we got back from our day out so we had to make our own beds again and go down for towels again and now they say its every 3rd day that they clean the rooms dispite there being a notice in the room saying they do it everyother day!!!! Beds not made trash not taken out, dishes not washed, towels not replaced!!!! Let's see what day 3 brings if they will clean or not.
