They have been so welcoming. We have decided that we will stay here whenever we come to vacation in Orlando.

Kayla and Cara took care of my reservation needs and any inquiries. The young man that checked us in made us feel welcomed and was very helpful by answering any questions I had, always with a smile. George was very accommodating when it came to shuttle service and went above and beyond. I had to drop off my rental car and George recognized me and left the hotel and went ahead to the airport. He waited at the airport for me and drove me back. Thank you, George! The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but too small for 2 people to use simultaneously. James(sorry if the name is wrong) was at the front desk very early in the morning and offered to shuttle us to the airport before or reservation time. He was friendly and courteous and handled our luggage with care. I value the customer service at this location. Thanks everyone!

After a long and difficult travel day, I was greeted by Kayla, whose warmth and professionalism immediately turned my mood around. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. She even assured me that my room would be great — and she was absolutely right. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly maintained. The entire hotel was clean and inviting, but what made the biggest difference was the outstanding service. Kayla’s genuine hospitality and care made my stay exceptional, and she’s the reason I’ll absolutely be returning to this property on future trips.
