    We stayed at this Holiday Inn for our Disney vacation and unfortunately had several issues that really affected our trip. First, my child’s favorite stuffed animal something he has slept with since birth went missing. We left it on the bed before heading to the parks, and when we returned the beds were made but the stuffed animal was gone. We searched everywhere and it was never found. We also had major water issues during our stay. One night there was no cold water at all, which meant we couldn’t flush the toilet. Later, the only water available was extremely hot. In order to bathe my kids, I had to fill the tub and wait for it to cool down. On top of that, there were loud construction noises coming from above our room on the day we planned to rest from the parks, so we couldn’t relax and had to leave the hotel just to get some quiet. Overall, this stay was very disappointing and added a lot of stress to what should have been a fun family trip. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

    On the first night of our stay, my daughter found a bed bug crawling on her while she was laying in one of the bunk beds. I confronted the front desk and provided the bug that we captured in a plastic baggie. The night manager was very sympathetic and did not hesitate to move us rooms. We inspected our new room, obviously now on guard. Although we did not find evidence of any bugs in this room, the hotel called a third-party company to inspect our old room and the new room. We were contacted by the hotel to let us know the first room was positive for bed bug infestation, and our new room was negative. Needless to say, our family had trouble sleeping for the entire trip. The staff offered us reimbursement for the laundry we had to do and breakfast for one morning. The hotel setup itself as accommodating with the attached restaurant, arcade and pool. Our family was there for a theme park vacation. The hotel needs updating. The breakfast buffet was good. I have been working with Costco to request reimbursement for our stay based on our experience.

    The staff were very helpful, Amanda and Gigi were your star QB’s at the desk Sunday morning, they were very cheerful and helpful answer and solve my touristy questions like pros. The hotel has private parking that is pretty secure and well lit, the building entrances are clearly marked. The hotel has a pool area with a splash pad, hot tubs and a nice size pool, both the hot tub and pool have accessible lifts “nice job Holiday Inn”, in fact the whole hotel is accessible and allows for easy navigation of scooters, chairs and strollers. The rooms are clean, the beds were good. This hotel gets a 3 star on Google, it served me well and met my expectations so I would give it a high 4 or a five on the 3 star chart.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel. We arrived with a confirmed and fully paid reservation and were met with absolutely unacceptable hostility and indifference. The attitude of the reception staff was frankly shocking when a problem arose with our stay. They never seemed to see our faces, disgusting. Instead of offering a solution or showing a shred of help, their immediate response was to blame us and demand that we contact Booking.com directly to resolve the issue. Had this been handled politely and empathetically, it wouldn't have been a problem. However, their complete lack of professionalism was evident; they simply refused to cooperate until much later. Because my son saved, he wants some answers. Their attitude, which I can only describe as deplorable, escalated an already frustrating situation.We will never come back again. The overall experience was deeply disappointing and outrageous.

La actitud del personal de recepción fue francamente chocante cuando surgió un problema con nuestra estancia. ​En lugar de ofrecer una solución o mostrar una pizca de ayuda, su respuesta inmediata fue echarnos la culpa y exigir que fuéramos nosotros quienes contactáramos directamente a Booking.com para resolver el inconveniente. Si esto se hubiera planteado de manera cortés y empática, no habría supuesto un problema. Sin embargo, la completa falta de profesionalidad fue evidente; simplemente se negaron a colaborar hasta mucho después.
