  Very impressed with this place. We stayed a few nights at a different more “high end” hotel and paid triple the price at that place for all the same things this resort offers. I especially enjoyed that they had a kiddie pool for my 2 littles it makes taking them to swim much easier.

  Marwen at the Tiki Bar at the Grande Villas was absolutely amazing and the best bartender I have ever had the privilege of meeting. It was a cold night in Orlando and a long three nights of Disney Parks when we happened upon this amazing bar at Grande Villas Resort. Marwen Rocks and honestly with all sincerity he deserves a promotion. Thanks sooooooo much Marwen, you are the bomb.com!

  We just enjoyed a week in the 2 bedroom villa. The villa itself was spacious and clean and a haven to come back to after a busy day at the tourist spots. The resort itself was beautiful, very well maintained pool areas and fun things to do for the kids. Great location as well. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

  This was an adequate place to stay two nights and three days while visiting Disney. Check in was easy, because Archana was sweet and accommodating. She was the best! After checking in, we drove to our one bedroom unit on the ground floor and got a luggage cart to easily take things to our rooms. We had a small dining & living space as well as a kingside bed in the medium sized bedroom. The bathroom was large, and seemed to be for someone in a wheelchair - space under one of the two sinks and open toilet with roll in shower and bench. But why the king size tub? And it might be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair in the rooms. The sofa is right by the door, so getting the luggage cart around it took finessing. The flat screen TV is above a pantry, for easy viewing from the sofa. The kitchen area had all we needed - the half size fridge’s freezer kept our freezer packs frozen and the fridge kept cold items cold. A small table had two leaf sections that folded down after eating. The oven worked once someone came to put the knobs on their proper places. Someone had switched them so that we were unable to figure out how to heat it to 350°. It all worked out and the next person won’t be as perplexed as we were! The bed was comfortable, and we had two nights of restful sleep. The TV was across from us for easy viewing. We didn’t use the adjacent patio area. Everything in the bathroom worked well. Didn’t use the giant tub, and showered quickly as the bench in the shower area crowded both of us while bathing. The grounds are beautiful! I wish I had remembered my bathing suit as the pools looked wonderful. I did bring a book which I read while relaxing on one of 2 hammocks near our unit. Heavenly! This place is a quick drive to Disney Springs and the Disney Theme Parks. We will probably return next year and request a unit that is not ADA compliant.

  Worst experience ever. I refused several times to purchase the vacation club and was not treated with less than appropriate behavior. I forgot my body pillow and a stuffed animal from sea world at checkout. I called to try and retrieve at least the stuffed animal as it was a gift for our anniversary and was told someone c would call us back if it was found. (Checked out 9:45 am now 3:00 pm.) No call back received. REALLY, it takes this long to check for the items and give a call back! Never again will we stay at a Hilton.
