Oh no I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this hotel The staff was incredibly friendly The rooms were super clean and the amenities were numerous! Amnon checked me in and made me feel like I was part of the family! This will probably be my first choice of hotel going forward for the Orlando area! My only complaint was there was an issue with the water pressure in the master suite of our room but I didn't care enough to say anything. The mattresses were harder than I expected. And the decor might be a little outdated but still super cozy and atleast modern adjacent (2010's vibes) Even with those three things I cannot wait to take my daughter here on her first disney adventure!

Very disappointed with Hilton Grand Vacations. They sold me a vacation package but were never responsible afterward. I called five different times to book and every time they said there was no availability — even when I could see plenty of open dates online. When I tried changing the location, they wanted to charge me more. This company does not stand behind what they sell. I would not recommend their vacation packages

Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe saved my vacation! We booked this hotel through a third party as part of a timeshare presentation agreement only to find upon arrival that the timeshare company Vacationoffer.com (that is NOT affiliated with Hilton Vacation Club in anyway) had canceled our reservation and scammed us out of hundreds of dollars. The staff at Cypress Pointe immediately stepped up, and despite not having a reservation for us, were able to find us a room and even attempted to collect the money for the stay from the third party before charging us. I can not thank Brian the manager on duty, as well as Nayhely (sp?) at the reception desk, who did not hesitate to help my stranded family of 5 even though this was in no way their responsibility. The room we received was recently beautifully renovated and very clean. The pool area as well as the rest of the resort are also very clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will be forever grateful for the staff for going above and beyond and helping out in a situation in which they absolutely did not have to. Thank you Brian and Nayhely for restoring my faith in humanity. You both deserve great things in life ❤️

I thought this resort was extremely beautiful even though it was like 34 minutes from my house. I ended up leaving in tears. I thought it was gonna be worth it because I’ve been working 10 hour or more shifts non stop throughout the week and haven’t gotten any rest bc it’s extremely noisy at my house right now so I literally can’t sleep. I booked the room because i had never experienced a room that nice with a tub in it so I wanted to just soak and finally relax. Also to grieve because I lost my aunt two days ago. So I mulled over doing this for myself all day before booking only to end up in tears leaving from such a bad stay. The tub water never got hot even after letting it run for almost an hour. I bought epsom salt that I couldn’t even use because it was only coming out cold which sucked! It was after 11p so I didn’t know what maintenance to call. I informed the desk when I checked out and all they said was that I should’ve called before 11 but I was trying to use the tub after that and was expecting it to work. On top of that, I used all the money I had made to pay for the hotel just for my account to go into the negative because it wasn’t shown, after I booked that a $200 hold would be on your account on top of resort fees. I was so blindsided and just hurt that this trip really was a complete disaster and all I was looking for was relief as my world has been nothing but chaotic. I still think the place is beautiful I just may not ever be back again cause that’s what I get for trying to do something for myself when I can’t really afford to. ;( #life at least the resort was beautiful tho.

You may have heard of people wanting a boyfriend or girlfriend experience, well if you stay here, you get a "new family" experience! The rooms have no sound protection between the adjoining room, so you get to know your neighbors *very* well, so much so that you can hear EVERY word they say through the thin doors. All rooms here have adjoining doors; we asked. The rooms themselves are very nice, but you'll need to run the faucet for at least 4 minutes before getting any hot water, and as for the in-room bathtub, forget it, as the water soon goes cold again. When we first arrived after a 9 hour flight, my wife was feeling extremely sick, so remained in the car while I checked in, but because the room was booked in her name, the clerk insisted on her coming in rather than going out to see her, even though there was nobody else waiting and we were parked right outside. Once checked in, you are directed to another desk to collect your parking permit. This is just an excuse to get you to the timeshare sales desk!
