Stayed at this “Hilton Club” for two nights in one of the smaller accommodations. Pictures are said to speak a thousand words, but they can also hide just as many. The room itself is well appointed and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you’d expect. Unfortunately, it also comes with paper-thin walls. If you’ve ever wanted to hear your neighbor’s “funny chair story” at 12:30 a.m. despite never having met them, this is the place. Add in the guest across the hall with an apparent door-slamming hobby, and you’ll enjoy echoes worthy of Thor’s hammer reverberating through the entire floor. In short, the room looks like a luxury retreat but sounds like a college dorm built out of cardboard. If your idea of a good night’s rest includes involuntary participation in your neighbors’ late-night lifestyle choices, this may suit you well. Otherwise, consider it a masterclass in how thin walls can undo even the nicest décor.

The resort is clean and the staff are nice. Lots of amenities and you can walk to Wawa, Walgreens, Winn Dixie and multiple restaurants. However, as others have said, it needs sound proofing. You can hear every conversation, tv playing, foot step, cough, toilet flushing, phone alarm, trash and recycling being brought in and out and every other noise you can imagine. If you only need to sleep from 2-5 am (the only time it seemed to be quiet) then it’s the perfect resort for you.

Stayed here for my baby moon. Rooms were run down. Pool was falling apart. Good location to Disney but that’s all it has going for it. It was not relaxing at all. They keep calling me to come back. You are a disappointing property. Not living to the Hilton name. More like a run down retirement community

I am Hilton Honors. Yet, I will never ever again choose this location. Room was okay but it had a mini-split for air and it was cold days. They offered to send maintenance. I gave a 4 in service but it is for the housekeeping lady. No fast keys. This is a club where all they want is sell you timeshares. My first night adjacent room was running a dryer past midnight. Not a place for me ever again.

This is a timeshare property which we owned at years ago. So we are VERY familiar with this resort. We booked a 3 bedroom unit (Expedia) for our needs this trip and the location. Three days before we arrived the resort called my husband and confirmed we booked a handicapped unit on 1st floor. My husband said NO handicapped but we would take 1st floor if available. When we arrived (after 4pm) there was a lot of confusion about our reservation and the resort INSISTED I booked a handicapped room …no one in our party is in need of that so I would never book a handicapped room. This went back and forth and then they were “trying” to put us in another room 3 employees and calling house keeping (speaking in Spanish) they offered another room on another floor but it was implied to us another room in 1st floor was available but told us the room was not ready yet. We had dinner reservations so we couldn’t change or freshen up and had to go right to our dinner after driving 8 + hours. When we got back we still ended up with a handicapped room. The one bathroom had literally no water pressure and the unit didn’t appear to be “updated” as the regular rooms as we remember were. Maintenance came next day and replaced the entire shower head (yet front desk said you could just adjust shower head for the water pressure) also sink faucet in kitchen was loose, we told them about this but it wasn’t fixed. We also had excessive noise above us one night (security was sent after a call to front desk) and that was resolved. Also half the jets in the hot tub were not working. Just not what we were accustomed to at this resort years ago.
