Upon checking in the front desk, clerk Marvel asked why my address was different from the address I booked on the website was showing different. I have never changed my address. She went to the back to proceed to investigate my difference of address about 10 minutes. She came back. Prior to arrival I called and spoke with customer service to verify my reservations prior to my arrival time to ensure that my accommodations and special request were shown which were for a high floor level and a pool or Lakeview upon checking In I was told there was only the first floor available, but during the phone call before my arrival I was told my accommodations were met so my first impression of this property is that they do not stand behind their word and this will be my first and last visit I feel like I was frowned upon as , and as if I was not a valued customer and the customer service I received from the representative at the front desk was not top-tier She lacked Knowledge and presented for service during my experience and her manager accommodated me with a $20 credit for the deli which I feel was not feasible being that I paid over $250 for this room and no accommodations were meant Hilton has never did this to me. I am a valued Hilton member and I will be moving my membership somewhere else where I feel that I will be valued and looked upon as a valued member.

We are currently staying here and this has got to be one of the worst hotels “resorts” I’ve ever seen! The floors are sticky and insanely dirty. Our kids socks are BLACK after walking on the floors for only 5 minutes. We asked someone to come clean today while we were at universal and no one came. We called the front desk and they sent someone just now who showed up with a bag of towels and a spray bottle and sprayed small parts of the floor and went over it with a towel…. Didn’t even go over the entire floor or actually mop it! We also asked for them to swap out our towels to which they simply brought us a trash bag full of towels and did not remove the old dirty ones. This place is a joke. They clearly do not actually clean. We’ve had to wash every dish we’ve used here before using it because it looks dirty. The bathtub was so slippery from them not actually cleaning it and just spraying it down that our 1 year old slipped and fell and we couldn’t even give her a bath because of how slippery the bathtub was. It has a musty smell… the beds are rock hard. The comforter and sheets feel like stiff hospital sheets and blankets. Not even a real comforter on the bed…. all in all it looks like it’s going to be nice but I advise anyone looking to stay here DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! There are far more options with the same price range that have a much higher quality and better staff all around.

Please BEWARE as this hotel / timeshare seems to overbooked letting you have to leave premises without an option. I recently booked a 2 bedroom to celebrate the New Year’s with my family. Upon arrival at the assigned check in time of 4:00pm I was told that my room was not ready. At 5:15pm I approached the front desk to find out status. Still not ready. Finally after obtaining my keys i was unable to enter the room as the keys didn’t work since they been having issues with the keypad. Upon entering my room, the room had this strong odor of paint and there was construction debris all over the floor. After spending 3.5 hours trying to check in, I respectfully asked to be reassigned to another room since the room was uninhabitable, still under construction. They were booked and didn’t have another room to accommodate our family. The front desk and manager Gemma were dismissive and no suitable alternative was offered. I was forced to cancel the reservation and drive back home during New Year’s Eve. Ruined our family gathering plans. Stay away!

I would say overall if you can get a good deal on this hotel it’s a really great value. We had an entire suite for our family trip with a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom for the same price as a regular room as many surrounding hotels. Do be aware that our room was a little dated. Not sure if the entire hotel is like this though. The resort is beautiful. However, don’t expect to spend your entire holiday here. There’s only a cafe and a pool bar so food options are somewhat limited on the property itself. But just outside the gate there is an outlet mall, numerous restaurants, and a Publix grocery store within walking distance so the location is a huge highlight of this establishment. It’s only about a 15 min drive to Disney World too. Many of the staff we interacted with were lovely but there is one pretty annoying aspect I wanted to bring up. Right when we checked in they insisted that we go over to a desk where a friendly (albeit manipulative) woman tried to get us to attend some presentation being put on by Hilton. After we clearly declined the offer, we got to our room to receive a call from the front desk once again soliciting the presentation. At one point we walked in a door to the business center only to find another guy attempting to deter us to join in on this presentation. I politely declined once again and went to grab coffee but he followed me over talking to me. I just had a really weird feeling about this behavior from the staff. Whatever that presentation is must be making the hotel a lot of money. But the constant solicitation was quite distracting during our stay. My final verdict: if you can find this place for the same price as a non-resort hotel nearby go ahead and book it. The amenities and resort itself are pretty nice. But in my opinion, it’s not worth spending more or going out of your way for.

I would highly recommend AGAINST staying here, if you want to enjoy your time in Orlando. I'm honestly not sure why this property gets high reviews, since my family had a terrible experience. I accumulate 50+ nights in hotels each year, and we arrived at HGV Tuscany Village immediately after a Marriott Vacation Club stay. The contrast vs Marriott was night vs day, with Tuscany Village being subpar in every aspect. We stayed at Tuscany Village on one of my family member's HGV points. Pulling up to the lobby, the outdoor music was obnoxiously loud. My HGV-member family member was immediately whisked away to a "VIP check-in" area in which they tried to sell her on attending additional timeshare presentations. Two bottles of water at check-in, and that was a strict limit for the entirety of our stay - even though we had young children who needed water, we were told we had to buy additional bottles at the vending machine - I have never witnessed a property that is so stingy. How much does a bottle of water even cost them? We stayed in building 3, and the room was clearly showing its age, with the bathtub having yellow stains. Checkout was an inflexible 10:00am deadline - the earliest check-out time I have seen in 30+ years of worldwide travel. That is equivalent to 7:00am for a family that just arrived from the West Coast. There is no reason why checkout needs to be so early, unless the property does not hire enough cleaning staff - that is the only explanation. We visited Disney parks for multiple days, and Tuscany Village's location was not any more convenient than the dozens of better properties in the area. The only redeeming qualities about this property were the generous, compassionate service of Ukrainian bellman Ilya, and the proximity to the Outlet Mall.
