This is my favorite place to be out of all the Hilton Resorts. It's got an Italian flair and 2 pools with multiple hot tubs and a great pool bar where the game is always on. There's no formal restaurant, but wonderful food and a marketplace. It's in walking distance to the huge outlet mall, multiple restaurants, pharmacies, and groceries. The rooms are always spacious and clean. The staff is happy and accommodating. I get to make my own food in the full kitchen and do laundry if needed. They supply all the cleaning stuff. Their beds are comfy and warm and the views are amazing from the balcony.

Went to a timeshare meeting this past weekend at this hotel was astounded by the rudeness of the people I encountered. I’m not sure of the goal of belittling and being rude to potential customers, but I will definitely not be joining their program. They had no respect for my time, continually told me I had plenty of time to get done the rest of things I had planned that day, trying to keep me there for over 2.5 hours. Waited and waited for the only manager available and the way he spoke to me, I’m honestly shocked he still has a job in hospitality. I went to find out more information about timeshares, I found out that I’m not interested in Hilton and the power tripping sales reps they have.

I was expecting a more elevated experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The biggest issue was the hot water. It took a long time to warm up and never really got hot, which was frustrating. Parking was also inconvenient; I often had to park several buildings away from my room.
Additionally, my room view was obstructed by a palm tree and another large tree, which really took away from what should have been a nice lake view. For a Hilton property, I expected better attention to comfort and overall guest experience.

I absolutely loved this hotel. From the afternoon desk staff all the lovely young blonde men were so nice, I think 1 name was Colter or something with a C he was amazing & checked me in what a beautifu lenergy that young man had , their was also 1 young gentleman in particular who definitely went above & beyond to make me & my daughter feel welcomed he worked afternoon & nights. The Shuttle Driver Vlad a young Ukranian man I think was so helpful, nice & was so accommodating taking an extra loop around the property for us just so my daughter could smile. Mr.William on the marketing team & his genuine ability to connect & treat you like a human & not a $ was amazing, my daughter (2 years old) is still bringing up the fact that he catches lizards with his hands. The concierge giving out discount tickets etc & amazing suggestions 🙏🏽 The bar staff at the pool making sure my daughter got a Capri sun with her meal & connecting with her. I could honestly go on for days about how amazing the staff were here. Expect 2 morning front desk personnel who just didnt meet the vibe check at all Addison a young lady just seemingly had a unwelcoming disposition upon check out also another lady middle aged darker complexion I interacted with in the morning that I wasnt able to get her name was also extremely unwelcoming.
The property was absolutely beautiful the pools were clean. All facilities on the outside were clean & pristine. But with that being said the cleanliness of the rooms are definitely not up to par. I check into the room & immediately notice the sink was dirty hair etc definitely wasn't wiped down. But since I'm a frequent traveler with a small child I always bring my own clorox wipes. Also the floor in the room was gross if you walked around for an hour with no shoes on, your feet/socks would turn black. I stayed 4 nights & not 1 time did house keeping come to turn the room over or take out the trash. All & all I would stay her again because the STAFF❤️ & property are beautiful, but I do think the rooms need better cleaning.
Because of staff/amenities I give this place a 4.5 stars. Cleanliness of the room I'd say 3 stars.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel it’s necessary to warn others. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a complete nightmare.
The timeshare presentation was absolutely awful. The presenter was extremely unprofessional and condescending, and with so much pride doing it. When we declined the offer, the sales team became pushy, rude, he stood up and walked away offended (probably a sales tactic) that we didn’t want to buy a timeshare yet he later came back with bigger offers. To make things worse, they kept us far beyond the scheduled presentation hours, causing us to miss our family vacation reservation that day.
When we returned to our room later that evening, we discovered multiple bugs in the bed — truly unacceptable for any resort, especially one under the Hilton name. When we informed the front desk, the manager was apologetic and acknowledged that this was not their standard. However, another receptionist was incredibly unprofessional and argumentative, insisting it was “only ants” in the bed — as if that somehow made it acceptable. For the record, we never claimed it was bed bugs, only that there were bugs in the bed, period. The manager did correct her employee and stated that regardless of what type of bug it was, they should not be in the bed. Still, the whole situation felt very contested and dismissive, as if they were trying to make the issue seem smaller than it was.
We gave no problems but were so uncomfortable that we checked out in the middle of the night and went somewhere that actually values guests — The Ritz, where the difference in cleanliness, professionalism, and service was night and day.
The office manager promised that sales would contact us regarding a refund, but it has now been six weeks with no call, no email, and no follow-up. I purposely waited this long before posting a review, giving them a chance to make things right — but their complete lack of care or accountability has forced me to share our experience publicly.
At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they only respond to this review just to make it appear as if they care, rather than actually resolving the problem.
As a Hilton Honors member for many years, I am deeply disappointed. Hilton has officially lost my business after this experience.
I will also be uploading the video of the bugs in the bed to ensure others can see the reality of what we experienced. Between the pushy timeshare sales tactics, rude staff interactions, unsanitary room conditions, and nonexistent customer service, this resort is a complete disappointment and disgrace to the Hilton brand.
Save yourself the stress and money — I do not recommend this resort.
