    My husband and I stay here in 2021 we had a blast the rooms were nice and clean big space for only us it was like an apartment with everything you need like washer dryer full kitchen , the pool area was great the free start bucks coffee in the morning, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it 100% is beautiful 😍.

    Never ever sign up for the Hilton Vacation Timeshare package. It is a complete scam, they will charge you to use the points, charge you to save/roll over the points, they will call you to upsell you even after you purchase a package, when you try to use the points there is never any availability, they recently added a ton of crappy hotels shh is trash.

    It’s a wonderful hotel, it’s not only because it’s so close to the Sea World, it’s also because of the services of the whole team and cleanliness of the hotel rooms. First, we’re relocated from one of its sister hotel, and arrived at 4:30pm without our room ready for check in, I was very upset with my kids sleepy and tired waiting in the lobby. The front desk team truly apologized for us and do they best can help us; they really doing something, not just feel sorry for us and stand there doing nothing. They reported the circumstances to they manager, and the manager even showed the care and send me message late at night (I thought they forgot already), she got me a compensation so our family can enjoy a dinner at the pool area! Even the day before we check out, I received warming messages from the housekeeping team and the manager. They care about how our stays were. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming every time we’re in and out whenever they sees us! We’ll be back next time when we’re in Orlando!

    Terrible check-in experience. When we checked in at 11:30am today, the front desk told us today is Thursday so owners lounge will be having the happy hour session during 4-5pm. When we actually got there then, they told us sorry today’s session has been cancelled due to X’mas. Hello? Why not telling the owners earlier through text or when check-in earlier the same day? So unprofessional! We even asked if there’s any welcome water bottles for owners, the front desk team said sorry, we don’t offer water bottles. When we saw people coming out from the vip checkin room with water bottles, they told us sorry you will have to be on the list to get in to enjoy. lol…HGV max members/owners not even able to get the water while waiting for the room is ready. It’s hilarious!

    We just checked in today and have had a wonderful experience so far. The bellman was incredibly helpful—he assisted us with our luggage and groceries and brought everything right into our room. After a long day of traveling, the pool was exactly what we needed. It was very refreshing, with plenty of available seating, warm pools, and an ample supply of towels. The king suite is beautiful—very spacious and perfect for families. We especially love the balcony. The only issue we’ve encountered (and it’s a significant one for us because it affects our sleep) is that the air conditioning does not go below 72 degrees. For us northerners, that feels quite warm indoors, especially at night. We typically keep our home around 68 while relaxing and even cooler for sleeping. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, which helps, but it can only do so much when the air itself is warm. We’re hoping we’ll be able to adjust since we’re here for a full week.
