My stay at the Hilton Parc Soleil was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere feels both luxurious and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-designed, offering all the comfort you could ask for. I especially loved the balcony views and the modern amenities.
The staff went above and beyond—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction made me feel valued as a guest. The pool area was a highlight as well: clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Whether you’re traveling with family or looking for a quiet getaway, Hilton Parc Soleil delivers an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

⭐️ 2/5 – Beautiful property ruined by aggressive timeshare pressure
We stayed 4 nights at this Hilton hotel in Orlando. The rooms were perfect — clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly what you’d expect from Hilton. Unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by the extremely pushy timeshare sales tactics inside the hotel.
Right after check-in, we were told to report to another desk to get our parking permit. That turned out to be just a trap: we were taken to an office where a trained salesperson tried to convince us to attend a timeshare presentation. We even had to sign something — which we refused.
As if that wasn’t enough, on our third morning we were **woken up at 7:40 AM** by the same woman calling us to say we were expected at the presentation at 8:00 AM — even though we had clearly said several times we were not interested.
This kind of aggressive and inappropriate sales behavior has no place in a hotel that claims to represent Hilton quality. We came here to relax, not to be harassed by sales reps.
**Advice to future guests:**
Only stay here if you’re ready to say “no” firmly and deal with early-morning calls. Otherwise, pick another Hilton property — there are plenty in Orlando that still value hospitality over sales pressure.

Pushy and Unprofessional Experience at HGV Parc Soleil
I had a very disappointing experience during the timeshare tour at HGV Parc Soleil. The sales representative, Monica, was incredibly pushy and unprofessional throughout the presentation. Instead of having a respectful discussion, she repeatedly made dismissive remarks such as “I don’t believe you” and “you can continue traveling cheap,” which felt condescending and unnecessary.
During the property tour, I was simply taking a short video for my own records — something that is not against any stated policy — yet she reacted with impatience and even muttered complaints like, “Why is he taking videos?” This behavior was uncalled for and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
HGV should focus on training staff to treat guests with professionalism and respect, especially when guests are there to learn more about the program. I would not recommend attending their timeshare presentation based on this experience.

The guy would have had a sale today but on the phone we were told that we couldn’t be 5 minutes late for the presentation so we made sure to be an hour early. The sales presentation went on longer than we were told (2 hours), so this made it 3 hours. The person with me has Hyperinsulinic Hypoglycaemia and had to instantly eat a full meal with ten minutes or face a coma due to drastically dropping blood sugar. Confusion and disorientation said in, and she started to get angry. You can’t make any financial decisions in that kind of state. We just had to cut our losses and go. If the guy had wrapped up the presentation within the two hours, he said he would’ve had his sale. It’s one time only and we can’t get that deal back again. He offered for her to go away and eat, but that’s an Uber to a restaurant eat an Uber back, but with the special dietary requirements, it takes a half hour to figure out what restaurant. So it just didn’t work. I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
