We had a great experience while staying here this week. The room was very spacious and had all the creature comforts of home which were very nice to have with two young kids! Cherie and Skyy were great to chat with during our timeshare presentation.
I accidentally left an item in the safe in our room and Darren was very accommodating to secure the item until my return to claim it. All around very friendly staff and a nice property.

I have been trying to contact the sales and gifting department for MONTHS regarding a package I purchased in August and have yet to receive a call back. I am talking about multiple calls each week, and the 2 times I have gotten someone on the phone - they said they would look into it and call me back, I never heard back from either of them.
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing since I already paid for the package and was planning on using it in a couple of weeks. I worked in hospitality for 10+ years - I can’t imagine the disorganization of the team if not one person could find where my package mysteriously vanished from the system. The charge on my credit card from August was never cancelled yet I am unable to use what I paid for.

I come here a lot for the Christmas holiday with my family and cousins. I love the activities here and the pools, hot tubs and game room. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice and have plenty of space with nice TV’s. The location is a 4 since of the new road system with the traffic from I4 interstate. I love coming here with all my family this year. Can’t wait for next year!

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bath split unit in tower 100. Very few negatives. Definitely not enough to prevent us from returning.
Positives:
Landscaping and grounds are well cared for
Maintenance on units up to date
Not the most stunning room decor but definitely nice. Good furniture quality
Texting communication works for just about anything
Didn’t use but heated pools are a plus
Garage parking as well as surface
Seems secure, even though no walking security noted
After viewing at least 2 other properties in the area this one holds it own because of the up keep
Love the lake walking trail and other things to do around the pool area. Wish we had more time to enjoy
The view from our patio on the lakeside was beautiful. Especially when watching the nightly fireworks from Disney and Epcot.
Our corner unit was supper quiet
There are lots of restaurants and fast food places within a 2 mile radius. The Lake Buena Vista area looks very new.
Negatives:
Requested towel service as needed but they would not take away the used ones.
Had to text to find out where to dispose of our garbage. It was a nice walk from our unit.
The room light switches are not intuitive.
The garage parking spots can be tight for anything larger than a minivan. On rainy days and nights spots fill up fast.
There was a slight urine smell near both toilets that housekeeping tried to eliminate but couldn’t. The tile and grout needs to be scrubbed.
