I LOVED this place, the room are so nice, the view from the top balconies are amazing - you can see universal from here!
The service from the activity center (game room) was amazing, the people are very friendly to everyone - you can see them at the pool when that’s open.
I am giving big shoutouts to : Fred, Ricardo, and Edward, who sent me a note about his fun time with me.
The game room had many many things to do, like gaming consoles, pool, ping pong, and they even do custom games on pool days.
Don’t forget, if you somehow win a free ice cream card, you trade it in at 3:00-3:30. It’s not some simple vanilla, there are toppings and whipped cream and m&m’s!!
I loved this place… and if my siblings don’t see this. I even got ingredients to make a root beer float from this resorts hotel alone!
Thank you all very much!!

First let me give you a warning the hotel is in the business of scamming people. I was approached by someone who offered me 50,000 Hilton honors points if I would just to listen about offers to stay at Hilton properties I was going to get these points no matter what but I wound up booking a reservation with the hotel and the date of my arrival myself and my family arrived at about 1:15 a.m. after notifying the hotel that we would be arriving late. They purposely cancel the reservation and we had to search for another hotel. On several occasions I reached out to the hotel if for nothing else the 50,000 points which I was promised to receive by both the hotel and by Hilton honors. They continue to put me through grief and trouble. After weeks of reaching out to the hotel the general manager finally called me and stated that he looked at the video footage and he didn't see anyone which is a lie but in fairness he said that he would reach out to the marketing team to get my 50,000 points and that was a lie I am going to reach out to Hilton corporate office and let them know what's really going on that they are placing people in these Hilton hotel lobbies that are telling lies just to get sales and to get people's information.

I needed to do an edit, as I may have been a bit harsh on some of my comments. These are from the suggestion of my family who was there with me. The response from resort is prior to this edit.
There are no shuttle rides to any parks, including Universal Resort which is nearby or the airport. We did do a timeshare/showing at another resort, and apparently they don’t have shuttles to either places either. It must be a common thing for vacation clubs. It doesn’t make sense, being in Orlando, but it’s their prerogative. The kids said they enjoyed the activity center. Late teens. Video game consoles there. Pool table, and some other amenities as part of the activities center. Ping pong, corn hole. To me, the activity and pool area were lackluster, but my kids thought it was great. No coffee or snacks downstairs unless you purchase Starbucks at the bar. There is coffee in the rooms you can make, but rooms aren’t serviced and I recommend bringing your own water. Showering was good as it seemed like those pipes went through a water purifier, but the other faucets smelled of chlorine. Not a big deal if taste and smell of water doesn’t bother you. Other than checking in was not the best experience. I don’t recall any of the staff saying “hello” or “welcome” when we entered the building. Didn’t feel welcomed. The restaurant is decent. Pricey, but decent. This place seems more like a hotel for people attending conventions would stay, not a “grand vacation club” home.
Our view was pretty. The balconies are nice. Not screened, so watch those kids and their toys. :-)
To me, it’s just not a convenient location unless you have a vehicle and don’t mind paying to park at the theme parks AND resort. We used a ride share service, which again was cheaper than parking at Universal. The wait isn’t long for one. The biggest downside, other than feeling more like a hotel and not you’re home away from home that you pay annual fees for, is there are no shuttle rides to any of the parks or airport and no coffee on the lobby.

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were talking about how nice it was the entire stay. Especially coming from a budget Disney World resort earlier in the week, the accomodations here were much nicer. We didn't arrive until around midnight for check-in since we were out at Magic Kingdom all day (I had called Las Palmeras prior to let them know). Upon check-in we were greeted by 2 incredibly friendly employees who welcomed us in and provided a few bottles of water. Once we got to our room we were amazed at how nice and spacious it was. I took the master bedroom with the king bed and my friend took the living room queen pullout bed. There is not an oven but we didn't need one, we were very happy with the fridge/freezer as well as the microwave and the spacious kitchen setting. We had a nice view of downtown Orlando from our balcony as well. The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to Epic Universe. I'm pretty sure it's the closest non-Universal hotel and it's just a street turn away. I also liked the proximity to The Pointe Orlando where there are a number of shops and restaurants since we went to see a movie at the giant IMAX theater there on our rest day between Disney World and Epic Universe. We also checked out the hot tub and the pool, both were great. I am definitely planning on staying here again for a future Epic Universe trip and would highly recommend it, especially for 2 people with the bedding situation (I was told that all of their rooms are king beds only with a queen pullout couch in the living room).
