- ECErica Chase2 days ago5.0My dad and I stayed here for an Orlando Informer Meetup for 2 nights. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the parks and you could easily uber or even walk! The room was cleaned and the towels were replaced daily. As we checked out and left, I had dropped my jacket in the parking lot and didn’t notice until we had driven a few hours away. I contacted the hotel; they searched linens and Missy McCleaf (guest services rep) had went out of her way to look out in the parking lot and found it! It was as simple as me emailing them a shipping label and they sent it out the next day! From her kindness alone, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

We hard a hard situation where it was 4a and our original reservation was not open, other hotels were booked and rude. Kat came in and saved the day after our phone call. Key was ready and made everything so much better after a long day! Will 100% stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean, equipped with everything we needed. A special highlight were the incredibly dedicated staff members. Everyone was very friendly and took great care of us. Mayru from the breakfast service went above and beyond in looking after us. We have rarely felt so comfortable: she truly is a gem of the place.

It's a cookie cutter format from the modern Hilton garden inns. The breakfast offering at $17 is borderline. Denny's is walking distance away. Water pressure good on the second floor. The TV is big, modern, but does not have a wide viewing angle (TN?). The bed was not lumpy. Front desk was extremely helpful, please ask.
