I want to give out praises to this hotel for allowing me to have a wonderful time while I was at my conference. They was answering every call helping me at every instance Front desk Shaun and sister Jessica thank you so very much for all that you have done and may God continue to bless you. And I’m glad they hired my fraternity brother that is Cape Verdean shout out to him to God be the glory for this hotel.
- MMMelissa3 days ago3.0I am a Hilton Honors member have been for some time. I can truly say out of all Hilton Honors Hotels this is the first that charge for everything. Partly my fault I didn't scroll down and read the fine print. $17 per person for breakfast and $15 parking. If I had of know I would not have stayed here. Normally the clerk explains all amenities the hotel offers but no. The breakfast was nice but no one was eating breakfast. All the food that was prepared was wasted. All hotels I've been to has free breakfast. Which in my opinion is costing Hilton money. Travelers be mindful when booking.

Carlos and Jazmin @ the front desk - Personable and professional always there to provide assistance. Frankie and Melissa @ the bar Provide great conversation and great suggestions for the menu. They both provide excellent customer service, personable, professional, and efficient. You can tell they really like their jobs. They’re very very good at it and it shows. Kevin and Tessier (chefs) Prepare the salmon perfectly. The entire staff goes above and beyond the above six that I mentioned are such an asset to the Hilton brand. They literally are the main reason why I stay there when working in the Orlando area. I don’t even mind the commute when I’m working in Winter Park or Altamonte due to the amazing customer service that they all provide. Five stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s clear that he truly cares about the customer experience. Garrett is friendly and executes the breakfast service like a well oiled machine. He is an asset to the company as his skills are the best I’ve seen in the industry. Garrett ensures that the customer is happy and does his job extremely well. Thanks Garrett!! —————————————————————————— Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The accommodations were nice, but what really made the stay great was the excellent service we received from Sean and Jazmine. I understand why so many reviews mention Sean; he is awesome! He made sure my husband’s requests were accommodated and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Sean and Jasmine were very friendly and professional. We also received excellent service from Franklin at the bar. He was always on point, ensuring our food came out to suit our preferences. Frankie was also kind enough to recommend late night activities for us to enjoy in the area! Due to an early morning we didn’t get to indulge, but are looking forward to doing so when we visit again. Thanks Frankie!! The staff at this hotel are definitely committed and we had a great experience!
