Some of the technology wasn't working right, like door locks and virtual keys.. Generally not what I'm used to from this hotel. To add insult to injury we had two cocktails at the bar and it cost $90. Yep, 90 bucks....nothing fancy gin and tonic and an Irish whiskey rocks cost more than dinner out. I think we will pick another hotel in the area next time. It's a shame because this Hilton Garden Inn has been our go to in this part of Orlando for ten years.

The person taking my order was unable to find a to go box so I had to eat there which caused delays for me to my next appointment. The room smelled like mildew and had mold on the ceiling,couldn't take a shower without having to soak up all the water because to so called handicap share ran water all over the floor. The bathroom door had visible grime around the handle and dirt in the corners, and the ceiling had stains that didn’t appear to be from water damage. There was a pervasive musty odor throughout the space, and the shower wouldn’t stop dripping no matter how tightly I turned the handle. Additionally, there seemed to be several unhoused individuals (like 5 or 6 individuals) spending time in the parking lot area, which made the overall environment feel less secure and well-maintained.
