"Roaches are normal and the guests' fault." - That is what the daytime front-dest dude told my wife when she reported a roach in the bathroom. They also charged my daughter $25 for an extra room key which completely insane.

The hotel looked very good at first, but my experience ended very disappointing. $75 was charged to my card for supposedly having pets, which is false—I don’t have any pets. When I asked for a refund, staff refused to help. I tried contacting the manager as instructed, but was misled about the timing. Charging guests for something that never happened and not resolving it is unacceptable.

This hotel is one of the worst places I've been in my life . The room smelled dirty, the rug felt moisted like it was not clean in a while 😷🤢,the bed looked like someone have just came in and laid on it & not fixed the pillows right .I had to just to put towels on the pillows so could sleep . To be honest to be a such a great name hotel this location is the worst. I recommend to double check the rooms before guest can come in .. 100% I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Run from this hotel!! I booked this hotel based on over all stars from the good review, should have read the reviews. The rooms smells disgusting, we booked four rooms all smell moldy, one room smells like urine, the other room smells like smoke. Even though is freshly painted, but it’s like putting a lipstick on a pig (hence the nice pictures). I asked for air freshener, then the room just smells fully chemical smells…. this hotel needs to remove and replace all carpets from the rooms!!!!Staffs are super friendly and nice, I felt horrible they have to work in this environment.

My mom & I stayed at this hotel because I had a same-day procedure where she had to drive me home & I live at an apartment in Oviedo so she had to come for a couple days (rooms were comfortable & quiet & I slept very well)! Breakfast is not included but close to UCF, about a 30 minute drive to downtown Orlando, & you can easily drive anywhere you need to in town or surrounding areas.
