He was very pleasant to speak with and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction! If you have any problems, just ask for Jash!

The only people that were nice were the valets and I didn’t even need the valets. Not a single person that I met the five days that I was there who worked at the front desk or at the bar were kind to me. I even told one lady to have a good day and she just stared at me so I just walked away. Definitely won’t be back.

We paid the first night but street parked the second night. There is a lot adjacent to and north of the hotel that charges $10 a night. Zero free breakfast. Don’t regret staying there but the stupidly expensive parking fee is a rip off that was not well disclosed until we were on property.

The rooms are large and clean and staff cordial and helpful. Hotel has valet parking but there are also self-parking garages near the hotel.
