Great location for those staying for Sea world, Discovery cove and Aquatica. However We were not impressed with the rooms and service. Rooms lacked a safe for valuables. Did come with a microwave. Very limited TV options. Our bath tub leaked very badly… nit a drip but running water. My mothers room did the same thing. While we opted out of having our rooms cleaned my mom left her available ti clean and service was not carried out. When we went to outdoor pool not heated… (no i door one) and there was no towels. We opted to use the hot tub but it wasn’t very hot and when we asked about towels they said they would bring out and never did. There is a resturant in the hotel but breakfast is $18. Location is the best thing about the hotel.

My experience here was truly amazing! I was away from home but would’ve never known!! This place really takes good care of its guests and it was always clean and taken care of. One lady in particular really made my whole trip worth it! Andre made this place stand out with her above and beyond customer service, any time I had an issue she took care of it. Any time I saw other guests be really rude she handled it extremely well. She made this place feel like home away from home! My trip wouldn’t have been the same without her! Very grateful! Thank you all for an amazing stay!

We stayed here for two nights in December and on the surface the room was clean and as expected but once we started using the room we noticed problems. The water in the shower never stopped running/dripping, so we could always hear it and you can't turn the tap enough to make it stop. When you did run the water the sink/drain emitted an awful smell. The bathroom door had some fresh stains and moisture damage. Since the door had moisture damage it was bulging and very difficult to open. A big problem for us was the noise. We were trying to sleep during the day as we had been travelling but housekeeping was constantly opening and closing doors between 2-5 and the doors in this hotel are unusually loud. Instead of propping a door during the cleaning process they keep opening and closing them. So you won't have any peace during that time. At night there was excessive noise from other guests until midnight and also the exterior noise is heard pretty clearly in the rooms but obviously they have no control over that. Its not a hotel you want to relax/unwind in. Service was fine but very disinterested, nothing in particular to comment on. They provide free coffee in the morning which is nice. The breakfast is $18 per person but is worse than most complimentary breakfasts you might find at a Homewood suites or similar Hilton line. We didn't use the pool but it looked yo be a nice area. Views are great, location is very convenient. There's some pros and cons to the property but overall it wasn't great for us. I like almost every other Hilton line hotel I've stayed in more than this one.

I’m writing this review with genuine disappointment, as I’m typically not one to complain and have stayed in countless hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below acceptable standards, especially considering I paid $362 for a single night. The problems began immediately upon entering the lobby, which was uncomfortably hot—almost like walking into a sauna—and noticeably dirty. The elevator ride to my floor was concerning, with jolting movements that made me question the building’s maintenance. Once I reached my room, the issues only continued. The floor was covered in crumbs and debris that I immediately felt under my bare feet. The window blinds were completely broken, leaving me no choice but to improvise with pillows to block out the light. Most concerning was the bathroom, which showed clear signs of water damage with visible cracks and mold in the tub—a serious health and safety issue. I understand that every hotel has off days, but the combination of poor cleanliness, broken fixtures, and apparent lack of basic maintenance made this stay unacceptable. At $362 per night, I expected far better conditions—frankly, I’ve had better experiences at budget motels for a fraction of the price. I cannot recommend this property until significant improvements are made to both cleanliness and maintenance standards.
