I expected more from this hotel considering it’s part of the Hilton chain. Beds are not the greatest. Pillows need to be thrown away and replaced. Very worn and flat. Housekeeping comes every other day, which isn’t a big deal I guess. $15 a day to park at the hotel, which is weird considering a purchased a room. They do serve breakfast but it’s $18 a person. A server comes around and checks on you but you have to get everything yourself? Very strange because you are expected to tip them. The front didn’t tell us anything about the hotel like others do, just simply checked us in and sent us on our way. Whatever I guess. If you’re looking for a close hotel to Seaworld then it’s great. We could see fireworks from our window . Just don’t expect good service just because it’s “Hilton”.

I was there to celebrate my birthday. I waited 4 hours in the lobby for a room to open, when asked again for a room the front desk gave my husband and I a queen bed that had been ready the hole time. When I got the room the pillows where stained, the room smelled old, the water smells so bad I can compare it to the penguin ride at sea world. The laundry is not working so I had to come back home with dirty clothes. The BREAKFAST SERVER'S TALK CRAP ABOUT THE GUEST IN SPANISH!!! I'm latina and I heard two lady's (BLOND HIGHLIGHTS AND BROWNISH HAIR COLOR) talk about an Indian women and her family that stayed there, then the next day both of them talked about my husband and I, once they found out I spoke Spanish they harassed me EVERY MORNING for a good review on Google since they get $50 in their pay check. They also said if I have anything bad to say about the hotel to not put it in the reviews. My husband asked one of the blonde lady's if she had change ($) and she gave him a fake DOLLAR BILL!!, which we ended up at wawa for lunch and thank goodness my husband nodest because it would had been a different story. A breakfast meal if you don't have it included in your stay, it's almost the same amount for a room there (" got mine included with my stay"). The front desk doesn't tell you anything about the hotel ( pool hours, discount card with half off in merchandise, VIP sitting in any show ext.) My husband got that "ticket" one day before we left, we made all to purchases we were going to make, so it was useless. Even though in the bathroom mirror tells you the housekeeping will come in every two days (ITS LIES!!!) YOU NEED TO REQUEST IT YOUR SELF EVERY SINGLE DAY, otherwise they will not clean it. Last but not least does shuttles they advertise so much barley come, and if they do it's late, you better off with your own vehicle or walking. Stay at your own risk this was my review I hope you have a better stay then I did.

From the moment I checked in my experience was complete garbage the lady told me I couldn't check in early because no rooms were available... I waited in lobby 4 hrs before asking again and then was told I could have a king room if I wanted that was available from the start... I never received my Hilton honors rewards or discount card promised to me by the property for my discounts at the attractions... Upon entering the room it was filthy!!!! The shower has pure black stains in the tub we had to buy our own cleaning supplies.... and the shower handle fell off right away, the smell of the water smelled like they use the dolphin water for the plumbing.... Housekeeping NEVER comes to your room unless you call front desk and request it... I stayed a week and was never told that until my 4th day at the hotel..... When housekeeping finally did go to my room they did NOT refill the toilet paper or the shampoo and conditioner so I had to go out of my way for that as well.... I paid extra for the breakfast and all the Hispanic ladies at breakfast were literally talking pure insults about the guest eating and staying at the hotel right next to us eating! I'm bilingual and understood everything... After they were aware we could understand them they began HARASSING my wife and I to leave them a good review for a extra $50 on the paycheck... I would never recommend the service there to anyone!!! Also $18 a person for breakfast when it's the same scrambled eggs every is a Robbery!!!!! They charged my card $350 for a deposit that's the most expensive I have ever been charged at a hotel.... The icing on the cake is that my vacation package with this hotel gurenteed and promised shuttle service to the attractions.... It was late and never showed one of the days we attempted to use it... And it has only 3 run times for the whole day.... This hotel was the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere! Stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere. Also NEVER ask for change from the people at breakfast I received a fake dollar upon asking for change for $5.

As a team member, I have to say that this hotel was very clean. The fire pit was amazing at night. The jacuzzi was nice. It's a little chilly. I didn't get in there, but it was nice. I put my feet in there. Michelle, the server at breakfast, was amazing. Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond to try to get me an early check-in, which she accomplished. She also got me a late checkout. Everyone was completely nice. The hotel is nice and clean, and all the staff was amazing.

Well let's start day 1 - an unknown brown stain was on every area of the sheets and skirt of the bed. Then when we called the phone was breaking up (which another reviewer mentioned about their phones) and then we were told through the broken phone Room 633...we proceeded to the room to allegedly meet a member of the guest services team with bags in hand no help or assistance to see no member of the team. My husband went downstairs to only be told Room 810! The room was much better then a feces stained room (I was later told they allow for animals so that could've been anything). Then on our 3rd day our cardkeys didn't work. The woman said "oh its when you have them next to a phone"...umm we've kept them in wallets!! I didn't have the energy to argue or be that girl since I know they were already racist based on how they didn't even greet or ask us if everything was okay after the transfer. Being that my husband is a top hilton rewards member this was totally unacceptable. Do not go here...quickly pass go and keep going down the street to either a Marriott/Sheraton or another brand. Hilton fell off and especially this hotel. If I didn't have to stay for a wedding trust me the whole hotel would've gotten a tour of that room and been asking for a refund at the disgust! I repeat do not go to this hotel.
