The room was clean, wifi was good, very nice entry and sitting area with a 2-sided fireplace great shower pressure, plenty of coffee and bottled water. The gym had great equipment. Nice outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. Did not try the pool or hot tub. Breakfast food was okay.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Multiple times during our stay there was no hot water, affecting several families. After long days at a tournament, having to wait for hot water is unacceptable. Even more frustrating was being told we needed to call and have the boiler reset and then wait again before being able to shower. At one point, a staff member seemed more concerned about a food voucher than addressing the fact that paying guests had no hot water. While the property itself is nice, when you’re paying over $200 per night, basic amenities like hot water should not be an issue. For the price point and Hilton brand, this stay fell well below expectations. We expected better communication, quicker resolution, and a higher level of service.

The elevator needs a good cleaning as well. Great location, 10 min drive to the airport and half that time is at the traffic light.
