I would rate it for 1 star if not the lady serves and packs sandwich and the gentleman at the bar who saved us from the endles waiting for the hotel frontdesk.
Problems I observed:
Toilet in room cannot flush (see attached video)
Room door can't be opened (see attached photo)
Room light switch not functioning (video attached)
Room smells moldy
Not getting enough clean towel (get towel for one but we have 2 guests), happened one time over a 5 day stay
Empty napkin box.
Room get cleaned only two times over our 5 day stay
One day when we come back around 9 or 10 in the evening and want to talk to front desk, we found no one at front desk and we waited for 20 minutes or more still no one show up.

This hotel needs improvement and the service is not at all where is supposed to to be I even tried adding my loyalty member to my reservation and the guy at front desk denied it because I reserved through a third party which I’ve done before and it’s been able to add by cancelling and rebooking through the app but he refused to work a little he was overwhelmed by the talking he was doing with his coworker that had a pallet blocking the the checking desk which was also inappropriate he was overweight and bald 🧑🦲 didn’t get a name didn’t even end up staying at property let my partner stay at my room instead ! Won’t be back to this Hilton that’s for sure . And I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay either at this location .

Not what I expected from Hilton.
The location is good, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and if that’s all you’re looking for in a stay, by all means stay here, but only if your willing to pay $27 a day to park.
We typically choose Hilton brand hotels over others because of our honors status, but that will likely change after this stay.
The rooms are not clean, there were tiny bugs all over my room, like seriously, ALL OVER it. The hot tub is broke down, the pool didn’t look very inviting, and even if you wanted to risk the cleanliness for a cool dip, that’s what you get a freezing cold dip!
The website says there is laundry onsite, after we followed the floor plan (from the app) map to the laundry room, and found an empty space where the machines used to be, we dragged our dirty laundry to the front desk to ask. It turns out the laundry rooms are now in the hotel next door. (Another Hilton brand hotel, they share the pool and non-functioning hot tub with this hotel as well.) But hey! watch your step walking to the pool and the laundry room, the bricks are loose and if I hadn’t been being extra cautious and vigilant (because I was nursing a recently injured ankle, I probably would have sprained it again). The pool area gate does not close, so anyone has access to the pool. Which doesn’t feel very secure if you’re letting your kids swim.
The mini fridge did not keep our drinks and snacks cold, oh, and they charge for breakfast here.
We ended up checking out and moving to the Marriott Residence Inn next door because we liked the area. And likely will work on building our status at Marriott instead of Hilton from here out.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I wish google would let me share pictures as aspects of the room were broken such as the shower, AC unit, and television. Additionally the walls in the bathroom were dirty and so were the towels. They advertise “on site restaurant.” The breakfast “ buffet” is what is normally given at Hilton hotels but they charge you $15 for it. This location is not worth the money. Also at 8am morning the first floor bathroom was so dirty and every single toilet was clogged.
I tried to call the front desk twice from the room and got no answer. When I got the check in text, I responded that there were issues and I got no call, no further check in. This is the most disgusting, poorly taken care of Hilton as I have ever been to. Parking is also super expensive where other nearby hotels do not charge $27 a night.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this option and find something wayyyy better!

Started off poorly by saying I didn't have reservations. Told them I wanted to put on 2 cards, they charged all to one. Neglected to mention extra $27 daily to park at hotel! No real amenities, coffee is gone early. They did not make up our room until we asked. Front desk was always Indignant if we asked questions and they NEVER answer the phone. Trying to reach management is a joke. Worst experience ever, will NEVER stay here again.
EDITED TO ADD: I heard from my hotel who told me to call their phone number so they can follow up. Dear hotel, I have called that number MULTIPLE times but no one is interested in speaking to me. You still suck.
