First off, we were not informed about the parking fee. It was 27 dollars per day, and to make matters worse, parking was very far from the building. The water in the room was extremely cold and there was no hot water at all. The room had a very musty smell, which was unpleasant from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was another disappointment. We were surprised to find out it was not included and had to be paid for separately. The AC setup made no sense. There was a wall thermostat, but there were also controls on the actual unit, which was confusing and did not function properly. One of the light bulbs in the room was not working. The shower faucet barely worked and leaked water. There was no hand soap provided, and towels were very limited. Besides a few different complaints, one of them was a clogged toilet where our friends stayed in their room the time we stayed as well. We had to go request them ourselves. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would definitely never book here again. For reference, our room was 218.

parking added 100 dollars on our 4 night stay?? it's like the hotel is just milking the guests like a parking pass is so unecessary for a small and low quality hotel like this. breakfast is 16 dollars as well, don't expect a free breakfast even for a hilton diamond member. i do appreciate the budget friendly prices of the room stay but the extra added costs just made the whole experience bad. the layout of the bathroom was very inconvenient as well; the toilet was right in front of the shower entrance so you had to tightly scoot around the toilet to get in the shower and it just doesn't make sense :/

Room - was clean, Small bathtub, not much complimentary tea or coffee in the room. We needed more towels on the 2nd night. Breakfast - very limited selection and they did Not have the Mickey Mouse waffle maker. It is at the hotel next door. Dinner - good if you're staying one night. Same menu everyday with Very few choices. But the chef is Great. Pool - great and is off the dining area well fenced in. Disney shuttle bus pick up is on the street and doesn't come into the parking lot.

Unfortunately it was not a good stay. Since the moment I arrived we were switch to 3 different room due to pet odors and loud barking. Then their were no toiletries. Went down daily. On the 4th day we got toiletries. Housekeeping did not clean accordingly and left 0 towels. I would NOT recommend this place. We over paid think it would be decent. If I could give a zero stars I would. The breakfast buffet cost $15 plus tip for a regular continental breakfast. And of course parking.

Title: Substandard Stay - Falls Far Short of Hilton Standards and Promises. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando with a group of physician colleagues, gathered from across the country for a friend's son's wedding. I am a frequent traveler, staying in hotels worldwide at least three times a year, and I rarely write negative reviews. However, this experience was so significantly below the standard Hilton promotes—and what any paying guest deserves—that I feel compelled to share for the benefit of future visitors. Our stay was deeply disappointing, marked by poor maintenance, uncomfortable accommodations, and surprisingly discourteous service. Room Condition & Maintenance (Very Poor): The bathroom ceiling had noticeable black spots/patches, and the corners of the tiles were grimy. Faucets were stiff and difficult to operate, and did not shut off completely. A major design flaw: the wooden panel in front of the refrigerator was blocked by the closet's metal frame, making it impossible to open without forceful manipulation. The bed was unacceptable. It was incredibly noisy, emitting loud metallic humming and creaking with the slightest movement. The mattress was worn out; you could distinctly feel the springs. For a hotel brand, a restful sleep should be a cornerstone, and this failed utterly. Breakfast Experience (Disappointing & Unwelcoming): The complimentary breakfast felt more like a rationed affair. We were required to show proof (email or key) before being allowed to even approach the food, which created an atmosphere of distrust from the start. Selection was extremely limited, with only three hot items, all kept behind a glass counter and served by a staff member. The self-service option was virtually nonexistent. Staff were rigid and unaccommodating. I witnessed a neighboring family with young children being denied boiled eggs an entire hour before breakfast service ended, despite the food being available. This lack of basic courtesy was shocking. Service & Staff (Consistently Rude): With the sole exception of one gentleman at check-in, we found the staff to be uniformly rude and non-courteous. This was not an isolated perception but a shared experience among our entire group and other guests we spoke to. The environment was unwelcoming. The Only Positive: The lobby area is indeed attractive and well-appointed. It seems a disproportionate investment was made here compared to the guest rooms and staff training. Final Thoughts: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I can recall. For a Hilton-branded property, the lack of basic maintenance, comfort, and hospitable service is astonishing. I share this review hoping the administration takes serious note. Significant improvements are needed in room quality, staff training, and genuine guest care to align with the standards guests expect and pay for. Until then, I cannot recommend this property to fellow travelers.
