I would never recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Hotel. The Manager Maria Quijano was extremely rude when we tried to bring several issues to her attention. The TV in our room didn’t work, and even after having a worker come in three separate times over a 35-minute period, it was never fixed. The room itself was disgusting — dust everywhere, furniture falling apart, cobwebs in the corners, and hair all around the bathroom floor and toilet area. When we expressed our concerns, the Manager showed no care or professionalism and simply said, “Have a good day,” with a sarcastic smirk as we left. This place clearly does not value customer service or cleanliness. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere — somewhere that actually provides the quality and hospitality you’d expect from a Hilton brand.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The supervisor, Maria, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting guests, she treated people with a terrible attitude and no respect at all. Someone like her should not be working in customer service. The facilities might be fine, but the way guests are treated makes it absolutely not worth staying here. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here overnight on Friday. Do not stay here if you want to actually sleep. The windows are paper thin so you are kept awake all night by every single car that passes by on the road. At times it sounds as loud as nascar. It was so bad my wife and I got on the road to leave at 4am to go back to palm beach county because we couldn't sleep. Secondly, I received a notification through my Hilton app at approx 1pm this day that our room was ready and that we could head to the room. I also received the digital key. We became delayed and so couldn't check in early. Got to the hotel about 3:45(check in was 4) and was told by the kid at the desk that our room was in fact not ready. When I told him I received the notification and the digital key he said the digital key doesn't mean the room is ready. I said of course it does. It says right under it "room is ready" plus I had received the notification that the room was ready. He said Oh maybe it's an issue with the app. All and all a horrific experience at this hotel. Again if you actually want to sleep do not stay here.
