I made an error during my scheduling process and somehow didn't realize till I tried to check in. Instead of helping me, they refused to change my reservation OR refund it. So I had to pay IN FULL for a second room AND my original payment they kept. Actual ROBBERY. I have spoken to nearly half a dozen people so far and nobody is willing to help. Stay far away from this terrible place.

I asked when it is possible drop it at my room. He refused to send tomorrow room service will arrange it.
