Come in with the proper expectations here that you get what you pay for and you won’t be disappointed. This is a very adequate hotel. I chose this hotel because it had a budget friendly rate, and was a centralized location. We were staying here to go to Disney World with a rental car. You are 15 minutes away from every single park. We did receive a tag to hang in our car to park in the hotel parking lot. However the location does lend itself closer to Sea World and Universal Studios. There is also a CVS right around the corner of the parking lot, which is great for any last minute needs. There are two elevators which are both very slow and make lots of noises. Our room was a King bed room, and it had a desk, and a chaise lounger chair. So no couch or pull out, and the lounger was not big enough for sleeping. There were two small ottoman type things as well. There was a small closet if you closed the bathroom barn door which had an extra blanket, an iron and ironing board, and a duffle holder. The bathroom was all one room. There was a lot of counter space and two open type drawers. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall of the shower which was quite large. The water pressure could be improved though. There either was no fan, or the fan did not work in the bathroom. They left us a set of 4 towels even though the room sleeps 2 so that was nice, but I figured its because they only have housekeeping every other day. When they came they emptied the trash, replaced the towels, and made the bed. They did not replace the coffee cups. There are however coffee cups, coffee, and hot water for tea and hot cocoa available in the lobby. There were lots of outlets and usb and mini usb plugs throughout the room (both nightstands, the desk, and the side of the TV stand). The TV stand had the cabinet with the mini fridge in it, and shelves with the coffee maker and supplies and ice bucket. The desk chair could not stay up to the tall height and would sink when sat in it. There isn’t really any drawer space here. There is a small cubby at each nightstand, and there are pantry type metal baskets in one cabinet of the TV stand. But other than that I guess you just have to hang things up in the closet which only came with a few hangers. The TV has a few channels, but it looks like you have to rely on signing into one of the many streaming services to have a variety of things to watch. At one point we asked for a rollaway bed and they said they were all taken, so maybe ask for those as soon as you can since it seems they have a limited amount. There is a piece of paper in your room that says if you need extra pillows/blankets/towels, they can provide them at the front desk since housekeeping is intermittent. The pillows were flat, the sheets and towels were scratchy, the bed was very stiff, and the room could benefit from some more air flow as it could get stuffy sometimes. There is an outdoor pool but we did not partake. The breakfast is from 6-9am every single day. There is actually a surprisingly good selection here and they were great at restocking everything. They had juices, milk, cereal, bread, bagels, scones, muffins, apples, yogurts, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, some type of egg (either scrambled, or predone omelets), some type of meat (sausage links, andouille type sausage), and a waffle station with toppings. They had vanilla batter and banana batter, they had large waffles and mini waffles, they had whipped cream, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, and sprinkles. They also had toppings that could be used for oatmeal or yogurt too such as almonds, brown sugar, and craisin’s/dried apricots. It was all good every day. Overall the stay was comfortable and served our needs after a long park day. I wouldn’t stay here for a longer stay as there isn’t a lot of storage, but for a shorter stay it was perfectly adequate.

First, when we arrived the guy at the front kept talking in circles, I’m not even sure he knew what he was saying. It took forever to get our room keys and I’m pretty sure he was high a kite. Not the best situation my kids had to witness. Once we made it to the second floor where our room was, I noticed the super grimy carpet in the hallway… I cannot imagine how long it’s been since it was cleaned. This should have been another flag. In the room not only were the carpets yuck, the bathroom door must have weighed 200 pounds and took two grown adults to close. Eventually one of us and a kid each smashed a finger. The drain was clogged, we had we pull the drain manually and try to unclog the sink. Doing so revealed all the black and orange grime & slime. Gag. Also, please replace the paper thin pillows. Being that we already had to sleep in door hard bed ,a decent pillow would have been nice. The breakfast situation was not the best, we chose to go somewhere else after seeing what was offered but compared to everything else that was nothing.
The hotel has easy access yo the highway, that was by far the biggest plus.
I will not be bringing my family back to this hotel.
