One a loud family with kids and a bunch of drunks waking me up at 620am along with a text from Hampton Inn thanking me at 6:17am for staying with them. There was barely any water pressure and the water was not hot. I complained and no maintenance person came. The walls are paper thin. You hear EVERYTHING. The wifi was terrible. Slow.....Never again. Sorry. HILTON NEEDS TO STEP IT UP. This will be my last stay for awhile. I am really disappointed. I left my room before 7am when I wanted to sleep in at least until 945am. Terrible.
- ALA LUVDec 31, 20251.0Used to be a great experience. The running water in rooms smells like sewage and breakfast isn't good anymore. Every time I eat the breakfast my stomach hurts. I realized after a few visits same thing happens and this time I had my kid with me and his stomach hurt after eating also. The apple juice taste as though they made with the same water that smells like sewage and also the other juices Spanish lady in charge of breakfast is very rude and acts as if she doesn't speak English. The eggs are poorly done and runny oatmeal as if they are short staffed and they quickly slap something together. The kitchen staff is very unwelcoming and unpleasant and you can hear them giggling in back as if they are making fun of guests. The experience compared to other hampton stays is very poor.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean but you could tell there was some wear and tear. They have an outside pool and a small “store” with food and general supplies. The room had a microwave and fridge. They offer housekeeping every other day.

I would not want a room near the elevators as they seemed pretty loud and the toilet in our room made a very loud noise while the tank refilled after flushing, so no flushing overnight! We did not talk to the front desk about this, I am sure they would have moved us. They had a great breakfast spread in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
