  The shuttle bus experience was frustrating. We landed at B terminal, but they were only picking up at terminal A. " Traffic was too bad at terminal B." We had to walk a long way. The phone pick up notification did not work efficiently. We were on "hold" over 35 minutes with no communication, just left hanging in the queue. Multiple phone numbers did not provide relief. There was no backup supplies, so we ran out of kleenex and toilet paper. The hot water was scalding hot. The air conditioner did not obey the thermostat.

  I recently stayed at the Hampton and had an amazing experience thanks to Juliana, Juleidy, and Karina. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests the way they do. Thank you, Juliana, Juleidy, and Karina, for making my stay truly enjoyable. Great job!

  Shout out to Evaluna! I have stayed at this location many times and always get great service. First time I had seen a survey option so I had to fill it out. This is a great location right outside of MCO with an amazing team at the desk. Evaluna checked me in and I was able to get in my room a little earlier than expected. Definitely recommend the Gateway Hampton

  Special thanks to Carmen and Liz from breakfast. They were very polite and helpful My son is diabetic, down syndrome and cannot drink regular milk, has to be almond milk, it ran out and without telling them, they go ahead and got more taking it directly to the table. They keep the breakfast station clean and neat, always on top of the game replanning the food always with smile. Thanks for making our breakfast very pleasant!!

  Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Juliedy was! She went above and beyond to help me orchestrate a surprise delivery for a guest checking into the hotel. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and so enthusiastic about helping me make it special. Every detail was handled perfectly — she communicated clearly, made sure everything was timed just right, and truly cared about making the surprise a success. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in what they do and who genuinely wants to make people happy. Because of her, the surprise went off flawlessly and meant so much to both of us. I’m incredibly grateful for her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Thank you, Juliedy, for making something simple feel truly special!
