Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Man ist super schnell bei den Universal Parks und kann praktischerweise den kostenlosen Shuttle vom Nachbarhotel „Endless Summer“ nutzen (es wird nicht kontrolliert, ob man dort Gast ist). Positiv: • Sehr freundlicher Empfang und auch spät nachts immer genug Parkplätze. • Bequeme Betten, auch wenn sie nicht mehr ganz neu sind. • Top Haustechnik: Als meine Toilette überlief, war der Hausmeister nach nur 3 Minuten da und hat geholfen (großes Lob an die Rezeption!). • Reibungsloser Check-out und schnelle Kautionserstattung. • Praktisch: Trinkgeld für die Reinigung (alle 2 Tage) geht per QR-Code. Verbesserungswürdig: • Die Organisation beim Check-in (erstes Zimmer war belegt) und der Rauchgeruch im zweiten Zimmer (Fenster klemmte leider) waren schade. • Das Housekeeping hätte nach dem Toiletten-Vorfall gründlicher reinigen müssen; es gab leider nur neue Handtücher. • Das Frühstück ist zwar inklusive, aber der Raum war mir persönlich immer zu voll und zu laut, weshalb ich es nicht genutzt habe. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel für Parkbesucher, wenn man über kleine organisatorische Mängel hinwegsehen kann. Leider wurden mir keine Hilton Rewards gutgeschrieben.

So, we have been blessed to see quite a few locations. This hotel is an order build; however, I was very observant to see the attention to detail on its clean smell and appearance. It's very evident that the staff who work here are either held to a high degree of performance and or really take pride in their work ethics. I tend to learn towards both. we always travel with disinfectant spray and wipes. And thoroughly check the room out, the bed, bathroom etc. The room was outstanding. The breakfast was hot with nice choices and a clean setup. Well, the icing on the cake was the front desk Clerk (EARL) we enjoyed our trip and yet leaving to return home our hearts was saddened to leave EARL. It's very hard to acquire awesome professional staff in any job field these days. The Hampton Inn has a jewel with this guy. Earl was so kind to us beyond the required measure. He would greet me every time I come down in the lobby or heading out by name "Mr. Carter this or that" always ensuring that our expectations are met and if we needed anything within his power, he would make it happen. We look forward to coming back to Florida if it's the Lords will. Without a doubt this Hampton Inn will be our location and hopefully seeing EARL once again we will never forget his acts of kindness. I must mention this I'm very observant, Earl is like this with all the customers(guest). SPECTACULAR
