  Our expectations were surpassed with this stay. I understand Hampton Inn is a lower tier Hilton hotel but this one truly meets the Hilton stay expectations, regardless of level. Everything in our room was neat, perfectly cleaned and all items are new and modern. We loved the streaming feature in the room TVs. Staff was friendly and Rodrigo took well care of us at the front desk. He was very polite and professional. Thank you everyone at this location!!! We will definitely be back.

  We typically stay in Disney Vacation Club when we are at Disney World but there was no availability for this trip. We stayed 2 nights and ot was just an ok experience. The full hot breakfast was excellent and the public places were nice. The pool and fitness center were nice, clean with good equipment. There were some issues though. We got into our room and there was no TV remote. I had to reach out 2 times and wait over an hour and a half for someone to come. We were treated like we had stolen it or something but finally got one. The air conditioner was super loud and would rattle all night. The elevator down button was broken and would work sporadically. We will look for other places to stay in the future.

  Do not book here!!! Took an hour to check in because they don’t know how to process a reservation via concur which is what every business traveler in the world uses. Never had an issue with another Hilton brand hotel. Really incompetent and annoying. I will not stay here again.

  Hotels very cozy, quiet, clean, very friendly staff always with a smile and willing to help, the girl from the front desk, Natalia very friendly and attentive at all times helped us with all the requirements, we stayed for 2 nights to celebrate the birthday of my wife and get to know the Disney parks, days before I contacted them to see if they could have a surprise detail with my wife in the room and they surprised us with a happy birthday banner at the door of the Room, a congratulatory card from the hotel and a bag with gifts, snacks, soda and water for the birthday girl, definitely when we return to Orlando we will stay there, thank you very much to the entire Hampton Lake Buena Vista team. Super recommended hotel.

The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a stunning city view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout my stay.
