The manager was nice enough to tell me they must just be baby ants and gave me a different room that had cockroaches. I was willing to not post these publicly if compensated properly but was offered 10k Hilton points which is worth about $8. Absolutely terrible hotel and even worse customer service

Frühstück ist inklusive aber das ist nicht wirklich gut. Es wird auch alles auf Wegwerfbechern,Tellern ...etc gegessen. Parken kostet nur 5 Dollar pro Nacht.

We requested a exchange and they never did it. We went out to the room the and we came back the room hasnt been cleaned ( also the sheets and conforters stayed the same). We requested an explanation to the manager and after days, they only say sorry. The manager supposed to call us before we live and the day after the manager arrived late to hos job! Algo, I found pill on the floor

Our room smelled like bug spray everytime the air conditioner kicked on and when the bathroom fan was on. The bed was so hard my ribs hurt. I ended up getting sick, so we left a day early. The only reason I would give it one star is because there were plenty of charging portals and plug ins.

Breakfast was OK being a vegetarian I asked them to put potatoes in a different tray from meat. They failed with this even though there was 2 different containers with 2 compartments each. I again said you could put the potatoes in the other containers the next day the same problem again. Stayed there last year had a better service that's why we went again. Asked for water only given to people checking in although coffee available free for everyone. Doesn't make sense. I think we will try somewhere else next year.
