1st of all let me say if you are driving trucks and dropping loads in this area at the resorts as my Husband is this is the perfect hotel. They have parking for trucks (not sure about the bigger one but we are in a 26 ft Box) as far as if you are actually staying in the room and the parking is not going to break the bank, as a trucker you like to be able to have a nice room, truck parking, a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes and all that other good stuff, it is worth every penny! If your looking for the best, Well Hampton Inn and Suites at 8900 Universal Boulevard is the best and passes the test, did all that and more. As my Husband arrived early and it just so happened to be a sold out night so I reached out and spoke with Jonothan around 12:52pm, he let me know it was a sold out night they were a little behind but they are on it, as a customer I appreciate the transparency cause that let me know to go shopping, eat enjoy myself for a while, and I could come back. So my Husband and I decided to go eat and run around and come back, at 2:30pm I reached out to the hotel as we were tired and ready to lay down and I spoke with Jenny hopefully I heard her name right when I asked what it was, but she worked this past Saturday 01/03/26 the 2nd shift it was around 2:28pm when I called in. I let her know I had an accessible room but the person coming with us was no longer coming and we no longer needed the accessibility room and we would take any room. I let her know when I called earlier I spoke with Jonothan and let him know the same thing and he let me know it was a sold out night. So Jenny told us to go ahead and come on in and it was just in time as it started to pour down raining. She was very informative, helpful, and let us know about all the great restaurants and things in the area. We let her know we were in the truck parking she was helpful and letting us know about the parking going in and out, it was so nice to have the best customer service cause living in the world we are in now it’s few, far and in between. She didn’t care about how many people it was she handle it with grace, care, structure but most of all empathy. So thankful for this hotel everything was amazing. I had a package delivered a hr. later as my charger for my phone went out, they dropped it off, I went down she had a long line and as I walked up she said you package was delivered, and she passed my Husband the package and kept on helping the 6 people in line. I ordered pizza a couple hrs. later and she called and said Dominoes dropped your pizza off here she was a jewel and so much help thank you Jenny for making our stay so relaxing and great. I can’t wait to come back to this hotel for our Summer Vacation in July. I LOVE THE HILTON 👏🏽

If I can give 0 stars I would in fact give negative. Soon as you walk in the door nasty brown ceiling water drips on my face. I look up and there’s a leak in the lobby with a giant puddle of water on the floor. No wet sign by the way. From desk man was busy starring at me outside while smoking a cigarette (he was not on break). Goes up to my room. Immediately a funky smell! Someone else’s hair all over the bathroom. I mean tub, sink, counter top, floor. It was everywhere. Shower..oh you want to take one after a long day? Well it was broken! Water would stay too hot or too cold! Wouldn’t recommend this place to the zoo animals. I rather sleep in the car.

Well I checked in on 12/23 around 6pm. It was my two kids, hubby and myself. Everything good when we checked in that was a Tuesday. Wednesday comes around and everything ok. The only problem is that you had to hold the knob of the shower a certain way or if not it would make a horrible sound. Well on Wednesday we went of too the first theme park we were visiting. We come back guess what the house keeping had not come by to not even change the towels for clean once. My husband said lets just wait for tomorrow. I said ok. Let it be known 3 big towels for 4 people come on oh and another thing the AC the battery needed to be change or it wouldn't work they quickly change the battery for that. Well Thursday rolls around. We got to our 2 theme park. We come back and guess what, yeap no house keeping had pass by we go downstairs to the receptionist. The gentleman tells me that they clean the rooms every other day. I told him ok why didn't they pass today. He said I will make sure for the house keeping to pass tomorrow Friday. We said ok. They did send someone to give us clean towels and conditioner and take out our trash. So Friday comes along we go to the last theme park before we leave on Saturday. We got to the room thinking we would have a clean room. Nothing no house keeping had pass, no fresh towels, trash from the day before still there. Am I staying again hell no. Went to drop of the key at the receptionist desk but she was too busy checking her cell phone and texting.

Honestly one of the better hotels(Hamptons included) that we've stayed at. Natalie at the front desk was amazing and sweet. Our room was gigantic and easily accommodated our family of five. I would definitely come back.
