Front desk staff was great. Every one was rude as hell. If you want to sleep in.. this is not the place for you. Housekeeping will make sure of that.

Terrible service from the girl who helped us this morning. I paid for a room with two beds and they wanted to give me one with only one.

My bf & I stayed here for 6 nights. Overall the experience was fine. Free breakfast in the morning with multiple selections & free shuttle at 8am to Universal (we didn’t use it, too early for us) which was great for the price. Can’t complain about the rooms in general either. They’re fine. But bathrooms are definitely iffy. The shower head not being able to maneuver at all was weird for me. Never have I seen a fabric/blanket like shower curtain with no plastic liner ever lol & at check in there was still someone else’s hair all around the tub. Only thing that was extremely annoying was that it seems like the room service/ cleaning starts at 8-9am. The cleaners are really loud. & you can hear them talking & cleaning easily through the walls. They want you to be out by 2pm to clean the room, Which is fine. We were out everyday by at least noon except the day of our Halloween horror night at universal which starts at 6pm. One day we were JUST about to head out the door at around 11:15am & the slid a paper under our door saying they could NOT clean our room because we needed to be out by at least 2pm to clean & the quiet sign had to be taken down by that same time…. It was only about 11am??? & the paper said we needed to be out by 2pm??? which was weird. They just wanted to be lazy & skip our room. Probably not realizing we were still in there. Anyway, we left our room at about 11am 10/31/25 & came back to our room around 8pm still a mess with no clean towels. Which was frustrating because we ran out of towels that morning. They don’t bother trying to slide a paper under the door that time because they KNEW we left before the cleaning ends. I believe the cleaners knew we were checking out in the morning so they didn’t bother freshening up our room. Just lazy.

Had special room for wheel chair drop off/pick up from rental company. Place on both sides of eastern king bed for CPAP and bag, with lots of easy to reach outlets. Bed was good and bedding luxurious. Daily cleaning if you want. Breakfast ready. Cooked eggs, boiled eggs, potato, meat, oats with fixings, cerials, danish selection, bagels, various drinks and bananas and yogurt. They even had infused water for those with sugar issues. The bath water was instantly hot, long mirror and counter for two, plenty of space for two scooter wheel chairs and two suitcases if you like living out of your case. Hair dryer. Nice TV, exercise room. Supper close to two main US parks.
