  Pros: We just stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Let me tell you, the Embassy Suites Team was amazing and so helpful.Ayanna and Luis were 2 exceptional team members that really stood out to us. The amenities are wonderful and very accommodating to the children. Food: Complimentary breakfast was a tier above the average hotel Complimentary breakfast. Very grateful that we had this. Bar food: Everything we had was good. The price was reasonable as well. Get the fries they are delicious 😋 Pizza: wasn't our cup of tea but it wasn't bad, just extra extra cheesy. Rooms: we had the Alani suite(outside). The size was good, cleanliness was OK, there could be some minor up kept done on the rooms to make them a 10/10. But, Honestly who stays in thier rooms anyway on vacation haha. If we visit again we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Embassy Suites Team!

  Worst hotel stay I've ever had. I was put in a room with two realt bright spotlights pointing at the windows that never shut off and the blinds didn't cover well. The toilet would not flush, the bathroom had no vent, no locks on the bathrooms or the bedroom, the front curtains didn't close all the way so everyone can see in the room, the AC could not be turned off (or down) making it really cold, the shower water would go from cold to scorching hot quickly (burning my child), and on top of it all while showering the shower head popped off and hit me in the face giving me a gash on my forehead before I planned to hit the Disney park with my family. This place does not deserve to be associated with Hilton or the Hilton brand is really falling apart!

  Embassy Suites is already a wonderful place to stay, but right now it’s even more exciting because the hotel is being updated — and the improvements look fantastic! The refreshed spaces add a modern touch while keeping the comfort and charm that make Embassy Suites special. What truly stood out during my visit, though, was the incredible service. Jash at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. From check-in to helpful recommendations, Jash’s professionalism and kindness elevated the entire experience. Between the beautiful updates to the hotel and the exceptional hospitality from Jash, my stay was nothing short of amazing. Embassy Suites is clearly investing in both its property and its people, and it shows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

  My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites on October 13th for vacation. At first, our experience was disappointing — the hotel hadn’t clearly disclosed that there was ongoing construction, and we were placed on a floor with a lot of dust from the work. We also had trouble reaching the front desk, which added to our frustration. Everything changed when Jashua Mauricio stepped in. He immediately noticed our concern, took the time to meet with us personally, and genuinely listened. His professionalism, empathy, and commitment to making things right completely turned our stay around. Jashua went above and beyond — he comped one of our nights, encouraged us to give the hotel another chance, and personally ensured that our Veterans Day weekend stay was perfect. He even handpicked the room for me and my sister to make sure everything was spotless and comfortable. Jashua is a true example of exceptional leadership and genuine hospitality. Embassy Suites should be proud to have him on their team — and honestly, he deserves both a promotion and a raise for the way he serves guests and represents the brand.

  My family and I have been vacationing near the Disney Springs area long before it was called what it is today. Usually we stay close enough that we can see the lights and hear the hub bub of the evening activities. This trip we decided to stay at the Embassy Suites and I think we have found our new “go to” spot. My kids are big fans of all the outdoor activities! There is a nice free form pool, splash pad, pickle ball court, corn hole boards, volleyball court, basketball court etc. Plenty to do to stay busy without leaving the property. There were a few hiccups when checking into the second room that we had booked. Susan M. needs a shout out! She went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our rooms were as perfect as they could be. Susan showed that she values us as guests and is obvious that she takes pride in her work! We are midway through our stay but are already looking forward to returning!
