Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive ICON Park. Our full-service, all-suite hotel is located less than one mile from the Orlando Orange County Convention Center and less than nine miles from the Orlando International Airport. Our hotel is conveniently located to all of Central Florida's major attractions such as Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure/City Walk, Sea World Orlando, Aquatica Water Park, Walt Disney Resorts/Magic Kingdom/EPCOT and Animal Kingdom, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens Tampa, Mall at Millenia, Pointe Orlando, and Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Our hotel offers complimentary transportation daily to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World.
Orlando, Florida is considered one of the world's top golf destinations, offering more than 70 top-notch courses for the traveling golfer. Diana gave us complimentary early park admission, free of charge, allowing us to enjoy many rides with much shorter lines. Thanks to her generosity, we saved a lot of money and were also able to enjoy Disney. Thank you for making our stay at Embassy Suites so special — תודה רבה 💙

What truly made our stay memorable was the service, especially from Diana from guest services . She went above and beyond to accommodate my family after hours and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the theme parks her knowledge and willingness to help really stood out. Service like hers makes a big difference and is what would bring us to the hotel. Rani
- LLLBDec 24, 20251.0I stayed here based on the positive reviews, but was severely disappointed and even checked out early to stay elsewhere mid-stay. This hotel is in need of major remodeling. The room I stayed in was incredibly dated and the furniture was very worn. Not only were there mystery stains on the bathroom walls, but mystery hairs in the shower, too. The living room/seating area couch was torn and stained and the desk furniture was as well. This all made for an incredibly uncomfortable stay.

We were told the hotel was sold out so they couldn’t give us a new room. I asked the front desk gentleman if this was an issue in this hotel and his response was “not really”. I had to call the manager after vacating the property because he was not “on the clock yet” so the front desk refused to call him. When I finally got him on the phone he said that he had to hire a company to come look at the room and confirm there are bugs there and it could take a few days. I informed him that I had video of several bugs crawling around the room and he could check the room out himself and see the bugs. He laughed at me and said “these things take time”. After making it perfectly clear that I was not going to wait days for a refund and I could email him videos of the bugs he told me to email him the videos and he would call me back in an hour. He called me bag and did give me a full refund. The entire situation was disappointing, disgusting and extremely unprofessional!
