  This hotel is just "OK" the high price is only for the location. The carpet in the lounge are is over due for a cleaning LAST YEAR!! Now to the meat and potatoes......DO NOT ASK FOR A "REAL EGG" when you order an omelet. You will only get attuide and management that will not address the situation or return your call after a four day stay or two weeks after your stau

  The rooms were nice and spacious I had plenty of space to put my stuff. If you like firm beds these beds are for you and the linens were soft. The bathroom situation was a little rough as the shower is behind the door so you have to close the door to get in there and the toilet is so close that you could wash your hands in the shower while going to the bathroom. I went in November so the indoor/outdoor pool was EXTREMELY cold it is NOT heated like the app says. The free breakfast was super good and the made to order omelettes were 10/10 and the staff were extremely nice and very efficient they cleaned up the tables so fast to free them up for others. The bar was cute it looked like a little metal umbrella and the bartenders were really awesome. I don’t drink very often so I don’t really know any drinks and they were able to help me figure out what I wanted and it was very delicious. The staff were really what I feel like set this hotel apart. Every single person that I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. They really made my hotel stay 5 stars and made me definitely want to come back again

  I recently stayed at this Hilton property and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, my partner and I discovered toenail clippings on the sofa in our room, which was both unsettling and unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. To make matters worse, the in-room phone was completely inoperable, leaving us unable to contact management or request assistance without physically going down to the front desk. When we did go to the front desk, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, offering little to no assistance with even the simplest issues that came up during our stay. Their lack of urgency and unwillingness to resolve problems made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this stay fell far below the standards I expect from Hilton. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

  The reason for the 2 stars is the breakfast that is highly advertised. My wife and I got up early it was daylight savings weekend so we hustle downstairs, excited about all the options...and then we sat down and ate our first bites...HORRIBLE couldn't even cut the French toast with a fork the crusts were rock hard, the BG the biscuits were dry the gravy barely warm, the scrambled eggs were watery and plain, the ham circles there really is no better way to describe other then a sliver of a hockey puck. The fresh omlette bar there was so much oil on the cooked omelet that was all you really tasted. The hotel itself is in a great location, staff is friendly, and rooms are good, just don't get your hopes up or think you are getting a decent breakfast...my suggestion put in a waffle bar that the guests can make.

  This place is not worth your time and money. One of the bed sheets smelled like vomit and bleach. It probably needed to be trashed or washed twice. We all slept on a small bed all together all smushed to avoid the “vomit bed”. Both beds mattresses were expired, VERY sunken in. But at least we had a/c … NOT. The ac was broken in our room and we had to wait a while for them to come to fix it so we called again to rush them. The repair men were super nice and helpful, I am very grateful for them. This place is keeping it together for now, but you can tell they are struggling to keep it together, and it’s true what I read in the other reviews some of the bathroom doors are looking rough, the tub looked VERY rough! Need less to say I was in and out of that shower fast.
