I’ve actually enjoyed my stay here at this hotel! A few things that I would change are definitely the breakfast, and the bathrooms in the rooms. I just found the breakfast to be too greasy and the bathrooms to be updated. I travel quite a bit for work and the beds here are by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in the staff. Here was totally awesome and the area of where the hotel is is extremely convenient. I won’t let the hotel breakfast and bathroom steam away from a great store review you can easily go down the street to first watch and enjoy a healthier breakfast. And at the end of the day in a bathroom, you do your business lol. I just appreciated the cleanliness and comfortability of this hotel!

Recently stayed in a 2-Queen plus separate living room with sofa-bed with my Wife & 3 kids for 4 nights. Please read my entire review. The negative: There are 4 elevators, 2 on each side. 1/2 on our side was out of order which a few times made the wait long. The stairs exit outside the building not to the first floor. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance for 2/4 days we were there. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order so I had to go up to the 3rd. This ice maker did not have a grate so you have to do a juggling act holding the ice bin, pushing the button, and holding the plastic liner so the ice stays in it. The positive: Free breakfast. Made to order egg station was on point ! The breakfast was fantastic. This was the best to start our day off with this. Evening reception - 2free drinks per adult per night plus free snacks & soda/juice for the kids. One review I read does mention it gets messy... Correct, they could put bus tub carts similar to the breakfast and hopefully people are decent enough to bus their own, but hard to complain about free food and drinks. Both indoor & outdoor pools are open until 11pm, both with hot tubs. VERY friendly staff. Our room had a counter with sink in the bedroom, a counter with sink in the front living room, and obviously the bathroom sink. We found this to be very convenient with a family of 5. Brushing teeth, dumping drinks etc. The beds were very comfy, rooms are quiet, housekeeping does a great job. The location is fantastic. Short walk to the Pointe or to ICON park, close to a Walgreens, plus it is directly across the street from Howl @ the Moon / Bahama Breeze. So overall despite some minor inconveniences we were very thankful and happy with our stay. Reading the nastiness in some of these reviews for things that are simply first world problems is mind-boggling. Thank you Embassy Suites, we would stay here again

The reception ran out of food with a half hour left. My wife and I had plenty but we watched a dozen people walk away with nothing. That's b.s. I hope people complained, but I doubt it. Wake up MANAGER. see photos. And the dirty plate area was atrocious. Put out a bus station and we'll gladly clean plates and stack them for you. WAKE UP MANAGER. Really, get a clue.

I stayed at this hotel on Wednesday October 29, 2025. I went to Halloween Horror Nights at universal studios and this hotel was priced adequately for what I needed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't have been more courteous. My issue was with the room. Cleanliness wasn't the issue as it was in good condition other than a black pubic hair on the toilet rim. I purposely wanted a room on the top floor to avoid hearing loud footsteps above me which has been an issue in almost any hotel I stay in. So while loud guests werent an issue, the big problem I had was the noise from the street. I understand that Orlando is a busy city and while this hotel seemed like a reasonable distance from any busy highway/interstate, there was a constant sound coming through the glass door (balcony). I only was able to sleep maybe 2 hours. The sound was similar to having an open window and constantly hearing loud cars and diesel trucks going up and down the roads. The windows did not provide any noise cancelation whatsoever. So while I can reccomend this hotel I would highly advise in some cheap earplugs if your a light sleeper like me. Breakfast was provided but due to lack of sleep I missed out on it. Overall an OK experience but it served its purpose for Halloween Horror Nights.
