The room was ok, the floor was so sticky and dirty I had to wipe it down. The refrigerator was t working and it was midnight by the time it was realized. The hotel is in down town Orlando so it made it convenient to walk around and not have to pay additional for parking. The breakfast was nothing special. They served frozen potatoes, the bacon was like cardboard and they had typical hotel foods, make your own waffles, some fruit options, yogurt and pastries. They did make to order eggs/onlets and that was the best part of the breakfast.

They gave us the wrong keys so I ended up walking into a room with other people in it and that was super embarrassing!!! They made excuses as to why that happened saying there were many "Williams" there but that made no sense cause the gentleman said our room was just fine being cleaned but then they gave us keys to a room already taken. They didn't try to make it right after that either. Also had our reservation wrong when we arrived and we are Hilton honors!!!! Won't go back to that location.

We decided to give hilton Embassy suits another chance after a bad experience in Niagara falls. We reserved the hotel 5 days early and coming from New York. As we will arrive late at night we called to ask for a late checking, just to find out that our reservation was not there. The payment was received and the reservation was not found. We called the hotel expedia, nothing… imagine arriving from new york at midnight with two kids…. No more Hilton hotels no more expedia!!! What’s the point of Hilton honors if they don't honor their reservation What a shame!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Everything was comfortable and well organized, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! If you are looking to block rooms for an event contact Geo she was super helpful and was very professional ✨

This was probably the worst service I have experienced at a Hilton property in the 28 years I have been staying with you. Totally forgetable experience. 2.5 hours late having our connecting room ready. Very difficult when you are traveling with a 14 month old and a 4 month old. I walked up to my room, saw that it was clean and my name was on the TV as a welcome through the window. I went down stairs and had to request a key to get in. I was not contacted despite waiting. Once in, the air did not work properly. I had to keep the doors to the connecting room open to cool the room with broken air. I called a day in advance and requested a pack and play be in the room. Someone contacted me.via text, and said it woyld not be a problem. I asked again at check in. It took 4 hours to get a pack and play and I had to request it four times. The pack and play was pretty dirty and had stains on it. I was limited on space in the car, I will find a way to fit my own next time. It turned in to a huge hastle. That was the first and last time I tried to take advantage of that service. The rooms smell like mildew. They really do, I am not just piling it on. The manager was nice enough, but it was not a well run hotel. There was a giant parade there. I was not informed of this when booking and no one called ahead. In the past they have been kind enough to do this. Many of the roads around the hotel were closed off. It was a complete nightmare. We spent 45 minutes going up and down one way streets just trying to get to the entrance. They reached out to welcome me prior to arrival that morning. Why not warn us and give us some directions on how to get around all the barracades? It just does not make sense. Plenty of other properties to stay at. People need to stay away from this place.
