    Excellent location. It’s just next to the airport and best part is that a 24 hours free shuttle service runs every 15 min. Rooms are spacious but a bit older. I am satisfied with the rooms. Smart TV available so kids were super happy too. Staff was nice and courteous and they accepted request to store luggage before check in without any hassle. I didn’t go for breakfast due to early flight, so can’t comment on it.

    Shuttle took forever to pick us up at the airport Had to call multiple times. There were 4 of us booked ahead and we had 2 towels and ZERO washcloths. They had one person working front desk. We tried to purchase a snack and drink but the scanner was not working and gave up after trying to pay at the front desk. Bad experience altogether and we have stayed at many dozens of Hilton hotels so we know what is good and bad.

    Picked this location for a quick trip, after checking in noticed we noticed the bathroom didn’t have proper towel supply. Saw housekeeping in hallway and they said they would take care of it. Later that night still no towel. Calles housekeeping before 11pm someone said they’d bring some. Nothing came called front desk now as it was midnight the clerk stated she had no way of getting us towels as they didn’t have access to them but someone would be in at 6am. I said okay we need to leave out at 7am. Called at 6am. Front desk says housekeeping doesn’t start until 8am. Like at this point we’re begging to bathe and they didn’t care. It’s unacceptable. Me and my party had the worst experience during our stay at this hotel. I do appreciate the managers honesty and her willingness to compensate my entire stay due to my experience and that was to be done at my early checkout. However at time of checkout systems would be down but she informed the night staff clerks to apply the compensation when all nights posted. Upon checkout she gave me the receipt and when I questioned that is was not correct she was rude and had an attitude and proceeded to try to tell me I was wrong instead of listening to me and then stated that she can only do what she was told and i I didn’t like it I needed to call back when the manager I spoke with is in. My entire party just felt customer service from the front desk staff was a zero stars. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Hilton properties and I’ve been an honor member for years. We will never stay here again!

    For such a large hotel, I'm surprised that they couldn't accommodate an early check in. I arrived at 1:30 pm for a 4pm check in, then went out to have lunch and when I returned, still no phone call until exactly 4 pm. Finally when checking in, no thank your for being a Hilton gold member or even the free cookie. The room, good for a night but wouldn't want to stay here long than that. The bathroom tub was dirty, sink was clogged and overall could do with a refurbishment. The Stars go to the restaurant staff, who were great, very friendly and helpful and the airport shuttle driver was helpful and courteous.

    It’s probably a good thing the feedback request the sent me expired, not that I think they’d care. This hotel has significantly gone downhill in so many ways in the last few years. There are much better options in the area that offer more bang for your buck and treat you better as well. I receive an email telling me to check in via the app and I thought great, it even gave me the option to select my room! I personally didn’t care, as long as I had the balcony room I selected, but ok, so I select a particular room. We get to the hotel, albeit early. I go to the front desk and am told the app will turn green when the room is ready, so we sit in the atrium and wait. We’ve been up since 4AM traveling, so we were happy to just relax until the room is ready. 4PM comes and goes and nothing turns green in the app, so I drag myself over to the front counter to ask what the problem is, only to be told the people staying in the room we selected requested a late checkout…could they not have told us this earlier and offered a different room???? Front desk staff couldn’t have cared less! There was a lot of airline and military coming and going, so I think they got a few good contracts so now the rest of us don’t matter. This will be my last stay at this hotel, there are so many other options right around the corner that treat you much better and don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing!
