    Worst experience ever. Went in for a work conference. First issue: the valet wouldn't let me park my car at the front entrance while I checked in. My friend was in the car with a fractured foot - so I wanted to check in and then park close to the entrance. Second Issue: The room AC would not shut off. We were freezing the whole night. We asked for extra blankets and never got them that night. Third Issue: The toilet handle broke on the inside. Reported to the front desk, also wasn't fixed. Fourth issue: Restaurant and coffee shop was severely understaffed. Only saw one attendant at a time with several conferences going on - so the wait time was insane, and the second day several of the attendees didn't get their lunch in time before they had to go back in. Fifth issue: First day of the conference there was a horrible smell in the room. Smelled like sewage. After awhile they sprayed some kind of disinfectant which made everything worse and several of the attendees got sick from it. Finally: I was scammed into paying for a vacation package which I was promised would be for 5 night stay plus a $100 visa gift card for $400. Turns out it was ACTUALLY FOR OVER $700 and I didn't know it until I went to make the reservation, it is also nonrefundable or transferable. Also its only for 4 people despite upgrading to a suite for my family (we are 7). So I can't even use it. This was never mentioned when I purchased the package. Honestly horrendous - never staying at this or any Hilton again, and I am out $400 - because I am not giving more money for only half my family to vacation.

    I’m here at the Double Tree. We arrived at 1am to a filthy tub. After being at Magic Kingdom all day with my 2 children, we couldn’t take a shower and go to bed. Someone had to come clean which should have been done prior to me checking in. This was a huge inconvenience for my children.The front desk did.nothing but offer me free coffee.

    There are plenty of Hilton hotels surrounding this one. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are not trained by the management to treat their Hilton honors members with professional customer service and do not offer an acknowledgment or even an upgrade for their higher tier diamond members. I’ve been here several times I choose Doubletree because typically they’re great and have a great breakfast but this one is not so great. The breakfast option is below standard. Unfortunately, this review will not have any impact the hotel management is willing to lose customers.

    I tried check in around 4 pm "indoor balcony room". Front desk person said. Since "Room is not ready", they give me regular room. I told them. I will wait for my room. I came back around 6:45 pm since price was same. No hot water, toilet was nasty...charge me $263.75. I requested change the room at 7:50pm. They said wait 10 minutes more for hot water because Maintenance person fixed 20 minutes ago. And ignored me. I just got out 8:20 pm. Of course still no hot water. If I am the one complaining, they give horrible room to Asian women with kids. Thanks the "reasonable " response. Hot water in hotel is considered "expectations"? Shame on Hilton.

    Hi! I came here to celebrate a special birthday and we decided to stay here. We noticed so many issues arise since the moment we did the check in. First of all, we got the suite and our check in was initially at 3:00pm. It’s 6:00pm and our room wasn’t ready???? Oh I was annoyed. Today, I noticed the bed sheets have blood stains on the sheets and which is highly unprofessional and disgusting. I call for new towels upstairs and they bring me dirty towels with makeup stains and other stuff on it. I highly recommend anyone looking to stay here to check all your sheets, towels and make sure they are clean.
