  Top notch hotel, great amenities, rooms so clean and comfortable especially the king size bed. The lake behind is a plus. Just stayed one night we'll be back.

  My husband and I stayed here for a few days. I don't like leaving bad reviews..so let me just say this... this place has so much potential if they kept the rooms clean and the rooms maintenanced. We checked for bed bugs and thankfully no bed bugs so I give that to the hotel. Also the staff seems really nice. We had to call maintenance out to help unclog the tub. Our room was not clean. Upon arrival our room smelled musty. Then we noticed the floor was not properly swept or mopped, there was trash on the counter near the toaster and on one of the night stands near the bathroom. The first night sleeping, the bed was near the AC /Heat unit and whenever it would turn on you could hear it. The first time my husband took a shower the shower/tub was clogged and there was a roach in the bathroom. I called the front desk to have maintenance unclog it. Maintenance was kind and unclogged it and asked if the floor needs cleaned in the bathroom...of course I said yes. Other than that everything else was good.

  Attention aux avis positifs sur cet établissement. Reservation faite sur booking.com Le personnel de cet hôtel qui appartient au groupe Hilton est tres amicale et serviable. Les appartements sont tres bien équipés, la literie tres confortable avec beaucoup de coussins, la machine à laver et la séchante fonctionnent tres bien. L environnement est tres agréable, tant pour le shopping que pour la détente . Cependant dès notre entrée, nous avons senti une odeur spéciale, ce que quelque jours plus tard que nous avons compris en sollicitant le personnel suite à la presence de cafards Il s agissait du produit dispersé pour lutter contre la presence de cafards. On nous a donné une chambre tout en connaissant ce problème. De plus l isolation phonique est catastrophique Nous étions au RDC, et nous entendions nos voisins du dessus marcher et courir comme s ils étaient avec nous. Notre chambre était coté route, sans double vitrage... Nous avons sollicité le changement de chambre Plus de chambre disponible au second étage, chose dont nous avons douté à la vue de l occupation du parking et des appartements éclairés Nous avons donc gardé notre chambre.... Cet hotel rénové à la va vite est tres loin des standards du groupe Hilton. Bizarrement, suite à ces reclamations, booking.com ne m a jamais envoyé de lien pour laisser un avis sur leur site. Bref si vous voulez passer un bon séjour, ne choisissez pas cet hotel...seul le personnel semble est au niveau.... Reclamation faite à Hilton , sans réponse.

  We stayed here while visiting Orlando and we were using its Spa and pool which were tranquil.

  Kind of don’t want to tell everyone how great this place is.. I don’t want the word to get out, because then it might never be available for us when we want to stay 🩷
