Had lot of issues.
1. I was given the room for which key did not work. I had to walk from my room to frontdesk two times because even next time frontdesk guy mentioned its fixed but still did not work. Third time he came with me and still did not work and he said he can ask me to come with me everytime I want to come out of my room. Such an inconvenience for a family with a child. At that point I asked him to give me another room.
2. The other room I got had no hand soap at all. So O again had to go to frontdesk and he handed me a hand soap.
3. Their tv and phone did not work in the room.
4. Even though coffee maker was advertised in the room image, there was none in the room. Nor they have a free coffee at the hotel lobby. When asked they mentioned only coffee they have is through the paid breakfast of $12.
5. All their exit doors do not work with key to enter. So you have to walk all the way and always enter through front lobby to get to your room. Very inconvenient with the luggage.
Because of all these reasons, we decided to do early checkout. Instead of 4 nights, we checked out in 2 nights. Before checkout, I confirmed with the front desk lady and she said they will refund me the 2 unused nights and will send me a receipt through email. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I still did not get refund. Their phones are unreachable and are not replying to email.
I wish I could give a zero to them. Stay away from this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We just checked in and already this hotel stands out. The staff is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and relaxing, which is exactly what you want when traveling with family.
My family and I have stayed at several hotels on International Drive, and in our opinion, this one is the best by far. From the service to the overall vibe, everything has been top-notch so far. We’re really looking forward to the rest of our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Second part to my review of our checkoutso we checked out New Year’s Eve early morning
at the B&B Hotel – International Drive, Orlando
We just checked out after a five-day stay at the B&B Hotel on International Drive, and I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing—always friendly, professional, and available. Every day there was staff working and cleaning throughout the property, which really stood out to us. The hotel was consistently clean and well-maintained.
I also want to address something important: I’ve seen comments about people not getting their deposit back. That was NOT our experience at all. We received our deposit back immediately—literally as soon as our plane landed. No issues whatsoever.
Overall, five stars for us. We’ll definitely be back in April or May, and we already know where we’ll be staying—B&B Hotel. Keep up the great work!

CUTE hotel with great potential, but it clearly opened too soon. Staff and housekeeping were amazing and very professional, but many basic systems were not working.In-room phones don’t work, laundry facilities were out of order the entire stay, internet was unreliable, and the TV in my first room didn’t work.
The back entrance is locked and room keys don’t allow access, so guests must walk around to the front every time. There is also no elevator, which makes carrying luggage difficult. The hotel has snacks and drinks displayed for sale, but they cannot sell anything due to missing prices and system issues.
The biggest concern was plumbing. Poop backed up through the shower drain, and multiple guests were affected. I had to be moved to another room. This is a serious sanitation issue.
This property has a lot of potential, but management needs to address these issues before operating at full capacity. At this time, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
⭐️ (1/5) – Beautiful hotel, rushed opening, major issues
Let me start by saying this hotel is beautiful and has a LOT of potential. The rooms are modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Housekeeping and staff are AMAZING, friendly, professional, and truly doing the best they can. None of this is their fault.
That said… this place should NOT have opened yet.
• There is a $35 early check-in fee, which would be fine if everything else actually worked.
• The phones do not work because the hotel “doesn’t have a landline yet,” so you cannot reach the front desk from your room.
• Laundry facilities were out of order my entire stay.
• Back entrance doors are locked and your room key does NOT allow re-entry. If you park in the back, you must walk all the way around to the front lobby every single time.
• No elevator. If you have luggage, good luck carrying it up the stairs.
• Internet was in and out the entire stay.
• The TV in my first room did not work.
Now the biggest issue and this is unacceptable:
When showering, sewage came up through the drain. Yes, literal POOP. This happened to me AND at least three other guests. I had to be moved to another room. That alone is a health hazard and should have shut everything down immediately.
Again, the staff handled it as best as they could and were incredibly apologetic and helpful. But management and ownership seriously need to step up. This was clearly a rushed grand opening, and guests are now paying the price for it.
This hotel needs to close temporarily, fix the plumbing, access issues, elevators, laundry, internet, and basic amenities, then reopen properly. Because right now, pretty walls do not make up for broken systems and sewage problems.
It’s a shame because this place could be great. But until these issues are resolved, I would not recommend staying here.

Due to a my grand daughter going into early labor I came to Florida without a hotel reservation. At 3am I was exhausted and desperate for a comfy bed and sleep. I called the Rosen reservation line and although they had no rooms they were able to secure me a room at B&B. I arrived and was greeted by Jesus who immediately saw to it that my husband and I were taken care of, even offering us a late check out as he could see the exhaustion on my face. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't as clean or accommodating as B&B was. In the morning when we checked out we were greeted by the manager and desk person, a young lady who were both equally as friendly as Jesus. It is obvious to me that the culture of this hotel is guest satisfaction at every turn. I will be sure to recommend B&B to my friends if they are in need of lodging in Orlando. Thank you for kindness and for making us feel so welcome in the midst of our stress. Still awaiting our great grandsons arrival!!!
