- GMG T MarrDec 14, 20253.0Could have done without the 5am trains going by, blasting their horns every 20ft to make sure even the seas knew they were passing through. I also could have done without the narrow shower that barely allowed me to stand facing the shower head without my shoulders on both the wall and the shower glass. Coffee maker in the room was busted and it was odd to only have one tiny trash can in the room when I wouldn't typically have the room services for a 3 night stay. But, there were no roaches and the grounds were close to the thongs I was in town to visit. It could have been worse but I wouldn't book here again.

Manager Jessica not helpful at all with our situation that lead us to not be able to check into the room at Thai property though the front desk assured us it was on and would be taken care of. . We did stay at a different Hilton property two nights in a row instead and she didn’t care about that - or sympathize with our situation - she was only concerned with her property and getting paid. Do better. Community over competition- we were not even asking for anything, but our points be returned to us. It literally cost the hotel nothing… no services, no cleaning, no products… and she seemingly just needed to be right. Really makes the brand look bad... We are Hilton platinum Members and the service that we received certainly does not reflect what we are accustomed to with the Hilton name.
