    The General Manager, Jackie Montgomery , turned a not so great check in experience to a better one with her acknowledging my concerns, and showing empathy, and accountability for her teams actions. I appreciate you reaching out. You are amazing ,and best wishes in a culture you are changing to be customer focused.

    Hampton Inn greatly exceeded my expectations during my stay from Saturday 1 of november to November 2 for my business trip. The staff made me feel right at home. I want to specifically recognize a black lady with long dreads at the front desk at night. I had an issue understanding what the benefits are as a diamond member. she was incredibly professional, patient, and went above and beyond to resolve quickly and seamlessly, ensuring I understand those benefits. She showed genuine empathy and strong problem-solving skills. The room was clean and but there were some black dots in the toilet, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, and the outstanding customer service is a major reason why I look forward to returning soon. Also, shout out to one of the customer reps with the Buffalo Bills key chain holder necklace and the customer clerk who checked me in.

    had a great stay! The rooms are clean, cozy, and the service was excellent. I saw someone mention the door slamming — the doors do close loudly, but it’s just the way they’re built, not the staff being rude..and it’s not in the housekeepers control, It didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back!
