I am frustrated with towel rationing. It is ridiculous that I cannot get a towel and washcloth for each day I am here for a five night stay for 1 person. I checked in for 5 nights and had 3 towels, 3 hand towels, and 2 washcloths on my room. I went down to the counter and asked for the additional towels to get me through the week because I do not have room cleaning service while I am staying. ( learned my lesson on untrustworthy cleaning staff in the past). I was given 2 towels, 2 handtowels and ONE washcloth and told I would need to put my used towels in the laundry dry clean bag oitside my door to get the last 2 washcloths I would like someone to please explain to me why I am permitted to have five towels, four hand towels, but i'm only allowed to have three washcloths for my 5 night stay here. I put my towels outside the door thos morning, was told they would hang extra clean at my door since my do not disturb sighn is on, and they were not there. Just had an argument with the rude receptionist at the desk downstairs, who proceeded to give me the rules and regulations on towel swap and usage again and how they will jot leave towels if there is a DND on the door which contradicted, what the other person said the night before. I did what I was told to do this morning....ALL I WANTED WAS MY 2 WASHCLOTHS FOR TOMORROW AND FRIDAY and had to get into a heated argument to get them from her. So glad as I walked away she said "have a good night," indignant as ever. I also do not care for the fact that each time she is at the desk, there is a man (the same man) hanging aroubd talking to her listening to room numbers and customer info the whole time. I am a diamond member. I travel for business almost every single week of the year. Hilton is (now was) always my go to, but Marriott does not restrict the amount of towels and washcloths I'm allowed to have for the week where I have to trade dirty for clean so I will be moving my corporate business to them. I expect more out of a Hilton Garden Inn. This is the kind of shenanigans that takes place at a Hampton Inn which is why I don't stay there. I stay in higher priced Hiltons so that I don't have to be treated like i'm a washcloth thief. Every other hilton garden inn I have ever stayed at has never given me this kind of trouble for washcloths.

The week before I signed papers for a conference room and they said they will call me and never did. I called several times and they kept giving me the run around. I finally got a hold of someone the day of my conference and they said the conference rooms was all booked up. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Your maids can't read. Do not disturb sign is on my door and not once by twice your maids knock on my door. The second time I answered, showed the maid the sign and she stood there with a dumb confused face on similar to when you ask a child a simple question and she said "duh." I told her it says "No thank you", I then dropped it on the ground and told her to go away. I then get a call, a third disturbance, asking me to leave because I threatened your maid. So not only is your staff incompetent, under trained, and educated, but extremely rude. Not to mention Travis the night before thinking he could gaslight me. If the smoke detector is beeping and you fix it, then that's OK. But when you fix it and then tell me that nothing was wrong, we'll that makes you a terrible manager.
You can find me at the hotel across the street with my business credit card.
