I did everything, arriving at the reception I was poorly treated by an employee, who told me that the whole process I went through was worthless, in the end I had to do everything again, they gave me another bad room, in short, run away from this place!

Plus, their maintenance team went into my room, even with my do not disturb sign on the door, to do some unrequested work on the TV. Finally, I had unauthorized pantry items added to my room, which they had to remove. Bartender was friendly and only positive part of stay. Management was unresponsive and still hasn’t contacted me to discuss this as of today. I would recommend staying at another Hilton property.
