The gentleman at the desk was great. We headed off to bed but when we turned down the sheets we found dirty socks in the bed. The sheets had not been change from the last guest just the bed made. There looked to be blood on the bedskirt. The dresser was broken. The lighting in the room was very dark. We went down and checked out immediately. Again the staff member was wonderful and apologized over and over. We really love Hilton but this hotel needs some help.
