No idea how he got into the hospitality industry… Honors line connected me to front desk to see if there were any special last-minute rates he could offer as I tried to give a friend in need a place to stay for 1 night and he mumbles in the background “Jeez, shut up, nobody cares about your stupid sob story” then hangs up on me and transfers back to reservations. When I confronted him at the desk he said “oh I know I didn’t mute the phone - you were supposed to hear that”. Look, I get it, if you can’t give a discount you can’t give a discount, but I’ve never met such a heartless and disrespectful person in the whole world when someone else’s just got turned upside down and I was trying to help. As a longstanding honors member, I’ll be taking business elsewhere.

We will use Hampton Inn for all our travels! This place is a true gem. Breakfast foods are tasty, clean and well kept (Thank you ladies!). Everyone we met who worked there had a great disposition and cheerful attitude!!!

Nice little sundry area. Place is very clean. And the staff couldn't be more amazing! They are as happy to see us as we are to see them when we arrive. Especially "Kevin Til Eleven!!!"

Always welcoming me back and saying hi when I entered. And have a nice day when I left. The breakfast is delicious. The little extras in the lobby are bar none the best offerings.
