  I am 100% not a fan of Hilton Hotels in general but these guys got it right. I AM a huge fan of Felicia at reception....what a reception it was. Great greeting, super friendly, and a follow-up text when in the room. She's going places. The room was clean...wife goes crazy over dirty or smelly rooms. This was neither. It was fresh looking and had plenty of parking. There are outlets around, the shower was good/hot, and breakfast was ok though we would appreciate a few healthier options. Coffee was the only downside. It was available but like warm at best and not great.

  Loudest hotel. You hear every door open and close, other guest's televisions, everything. If you are sensitive to noise, this place is not for you. It was clean and a good location.

  We booked this hotel a long time in advance and specifically reserved a room with two beds for two people. When we arrived, the front desk told us there were no rooms with two beds available and offered a one-bed room instead. Then they said, “two people can share one bed,” which is completely unacceptable — we booked and paid for two beds, not one. When I asked about the payment, they first claimed we hadn’t paid, but when I said, “If that’s true, please cancel the booking,” they said we’d still be charged for one night. How does that make any sense? If no payment was made, how can they charge a cancellation fee? It’s clearly a scam. Even worse, they said they had already handled it earlier in the day, but in reality, they only called us around 4–5 PM to say the room was unavailable. It’s obvious they gave our room to someone else and made excuses afterward. The staff refused to take responsibility and kept saying it wasn’t their problem. Totally dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time or money here — avoid this hotel at all costs!

  This hotel by far is one of the best in the area. All of the front desk staff are friendly, warm, and inviting. Room was impeccable. Clean and cozy. They have a snack area where you can purchase snacks and other items. Lots to choose from especially if you want a late night snack. All around great experience! Will recommend.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m always a big fan of Hampton Inns but this one truly stood out. The property looks brand new and you can tell it was built recently. Everything inside was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was professional and welcoming and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and organized. There’s plenty of parking and even a Tesla charging station which is a big plus. The location is convenient with lots of restaurants and food options nearby and it’s very DoorDash and UberEats friendly. The room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with no rust or stains and the shower looked brand new. I really liked the large bright mirrors. One great touch was the wireless charging station by the bed. I forgot my charger but all I had to do was set my iPhone on the pad and it charged perfectly which was a big win for me. The TV was great quality and I had no problem hooking up my Xbox connecting to the Wi-Fi and gaming online smoothly. Breakfast was another highlight. The make your own waffle station is always a favorite and I had the cinnamon waffle mix this morning which was delicious. Everything from check in to check out was easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend.
