I had a few problems trying to hear what they were saying the actual words, but that could’ve been the lady behind me playing on her phone! Needless to say, I will keep coming back to your speakeasy. The last one had coffee (not a fan) and my husband was happy he received two. The room was a large ballroom with chairs in rows, not tables with a speakeasy vibe. We didn't go in early enough to get towards the front so I had a hard time seeing over heads in front of me or hearing things that well. If I had known the stories ahead of time, I would have read them, which might have helped. With a large crowd, a big screen like you see at concert venues might have helped as well. Definitely worth it. I was able to dig up a few dollars for a tip but they also have a venmo you can scan. There is merch available but I didn't really look going in and it was too crowded on my way out.

When we asked about it, we were told nothing would be restocked because the staff was prepping for brunch at 11. We also tried to order eggs as the signs suggested, but after waiting over 30 minutes, nothing ever came. We spoke to the front desk on our way out and were told we’d be given points for the trouble. I really hope that happens, but honestly, the overall experience was poor and not what I expect from a hotel at this level and price.
