This place lobby is beautiful but the rooms are straight garbage. Doors look like they have been there forever and the shower with all the fixtures broken. Holes in the shower walls. The place is near a club area so no sleep until 2 am with all the motorcycles and other loud vehicles. Absurd. The people are nice and the terrace is nice but they really need to work on the the rooms.

Please see BELOW comments. The hotel amenities were very nice. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Deserie in the café as a team member is wonderful. Cannot thank her enough for her courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. The Hotel hired a very special person. She could be a model for other staff on quality and team service. Do NOT stay there. The location seems to be ideal, but customers should be aware of the continued noise; they even supply cheap ear plugs, with a card that made you aware of the noise problems, that do nothing to drown out the noise. The noise comes from the square traffic and also the main road near by with commercial trucks, 4/4 Trucks, cars, motorcycle's most of the night, added to the weekend Hilton cafe patio speakers, that go well over midnight; you will not sleep well. I stayed most of last week and told my company never to book a customer into the hotel, unless you want to lose the business. I think the city of Ocala, the County Commissioners, and the Hilton thought it would be a great idea that people will come. Why did the city of Ocala not build the hotel at least a couple of blocks away in a different direction? Also, the parking is down the street about a block away so be careful if the weather is bad. If the customer does not get a good night sleep, no matter how good the hotel is, they will go elsewhere. Over all , the Hilton is great, but to lose sleep for nights is not worth it.

While location is great , it comes w a catch or two.. parking is inconvenient.. you Pay $25 for parking at hotel only to lose your spot if you leave and end up having to park a block down the street in a parking garage and spending more money. Personnel was nice but not helpful in navigating the Ocala City parking scam. It is a scam!!! Room was clean and simple . Bar service was good and reasonable cost for drinks and food. If it is raining.. forget about it. Pick another hotel. It’s not that great of hotel to deal with inconvenience of parking down the street carry your stuff in the dark. Hilton!! Get w city and fix parking for your customers.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Ocala. I normally don’t reach out with complaints, but this experience was unacceptable and far below the Hilton standard I’ve always trusted. We paid for parking in advance ($25) through the Hilton system, expecting to have a guaranteed space. However, when we returned later that evening after a work event, all of the parking spaces were taken—many by people who were not hotel guests. We spent nearly two hours driving around trying to find parking, which was both exhausting and frustrating, especially after paying for a spot that was supposed to be reserved for guests. When I finally got to my room, I found earplugs on the nightstand, which quickly made sense once I realized the hotel is located next to a very loud nightclub. The noise continued late into the night, and I was unable to sleep—earplugs aren’t an acceptable solution, especially when traveling for work. To make matters worse, the room lights were malfunctioning and flickering, making it nearly impossible to get ready or work comfortably. As a Hilton Honors Silver Member and Hilton Credit Card holder, I’ve always chosen Hilton for reliability and comfort. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect that experience in any way. I sincerely believe that a points credit equivalent to at least one night’s stay would be an appropriate gesture for the multiple issues and inconvenience I experienced. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter. I hope my feedback helps ensure other guests don’t face the same frustrations in in the future

If you want to sleep DO NOT STAY here. I have stayed in some extremely busy cities, NY,LA,Chicago I mean honestly you name,Daytona. This hotel was a nightmare. You won't sleep. It's like drag racing on the streets all night and loud motorcycle a semis shifting gears and cops flying by with sirens ALL NIGHT LONG y'all every night. I was there a week a literal night mare. Parking omg if your lucky enough to park right behind the hotel and pay $25 on the dna parking good for you if not then you have to walk around block over into a parking garage that is $10 a night. Literally no handicap parking so be prepared if you are disabled like myself and there is no valet to help out. This a bootleg Hilton like an old off brand hotel they slapped a Hilton logo on. The bar area is nice Boston bartender so a little entertainment there. Restaurant has subpar food I ordered twice amd no real complaints there. But guys they give you these yellow foam ear plugs that do nothing for the aggressive sounds outside. I mean IT IS BAD. No clue why anyone would ever return to this hotel...total fake Hilton garbage...dont walk on there thinking you're walking into class. More construction workers then anything, which I respect...but this ain't Hilton y'all. I stay to earn my points and I better have gotten double shoot triple for the nightmare and zero quality sleep of a whole week I just went through. I was up at 3 am literally crying because the mufflers would not stop...it was unreal. I do take back one think for the whole hotel now they had one handicap park by an overloaded dumpster and I mean overloaded in the back. Just don't do...if you do remember this review.
