I am a Hilton Honors member and I have never complained about anything before, but... BE CAREFUL!! No one warns you that you have to pay for parking at the hotel. There is no visible sign indicating this. Only after asking why there was no parking available did they explain that we had to park across the street. But that was after I had already received a parking ticket. We arrived, checked in, and in the time it took us to go up to our room and then down again to look for a restaurant in town, I had already received a $75 parking ticket, which I only found out about two weeks later when it arrived in the mail. That night I couldn't even park in the hotel's parking lot because it was full when we returned from the restaurant. We parked in a building across the street, which also required payment. I believe that customers should be clearly informed of all these details in advance to avoid all these unpleasant surprises. I won't even mention the noise, which is noticeable from inside the rooms. I definitely won't be going back there.

As a professional female checking in at 11pm, I did not feel safe. The lobby was on the 2nd floor. Your site stated parking was available… garage across the street. Again did not feel safe parking in unsecured garage and walking across the street to the hotel lower level elevator open to the public. The room had been sanitized with bleach so the toxic fumes were still very strong in the air and on the sheets. Since it was so late and I had already unpacked, I struggled thru a very uncomfortable night breathing that air. Will not be using this hotel again for work.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Ocala. Everything from the room to the overall atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The staff truly made a difference especially Alex, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us with a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The hotel is perfectly located in the beautiful downtown Ocala area, surrounded by so many yummy restaurants and great spots to explore, which made our stay even better. The hotel’s restaurant also deserves a shoutout everyone there was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Overall, a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

One of the best places to stay in Ocala. Right in downtown, in the Square. It is always clean. They offer a full restaurant and beautiful second story bar space overlooking the square. Highly recommend for a night out, or even to have family visit.
